We now hand Canaletto's lead rope over to Phil Taylor of Hummin Haven Alpacas. We trust he will continue to produce beautiful offspring. Talk to Phil to book your breeding.
He now has three babies on the ground and all three are fantastic! His offspring all have fleece that is bright, vibrant and loaded with crimp. All three cria have neck wrinkles, indicating extreme density. Now all three have been in the show ring. Check it out!

Truly, this male is a dream come true for us. We worked long and hard to find this guy. For all of those who took time to answer our questions and send us info and fiber samples for your males, we thank you. When the dust settled, it was Canaletto that we chose to stand as our elite stud.
This full Peruvian, medium fawn macho has impressed the judges, winning 1st place ribbons in both halter and fleece competitions. He is a product of the highly respected Snowmass breeding program. He is grandson of the "Herdsire of the Year," Snowmass Peruvian Casanova.
He displays high frequency crimp and his fleece is one of the softest we've ever felt. He is laid back, easy to handle, and gets along well with other males.
Julie Skinner of Snowmass Alpacas stated of this male, "We are truly impressed with him!" Obviously we like him, too; he is father to 8 of the 14 cria we are expecting.
