With 8 championships & 16 blue ribbons, Invasion is one of the top full Accoyo colored herdsires in the country. With 13 champion cria, it has become clear that Invasion is passing on his elite fleece characteristics to his offspring. Invasion is adding outstanding crimp, color, density, brightness & well respected lineage to his cria. As evident from his own show record, judges around the country agree that Invasion is an elite alpaca. Now statistics from his recent skin biopsy test support his caliber of fleece. In addition his first Ideuma Creek cria are doing outstanding in fleece shows. Using all of the tools available, Invasion keeps proving time & time again that he is a superior herdsire. If you're looking to add density, consider Invasion's skin biopsy report done by Ian Watt: Follicle Denisty - 65.28 Secondary:Primary Ratio 14.4 : 1 "This is a high quality male whose primary breeding objective should be to deliver elite fleece trait genetics in any breeding plan, especially where color is a consideration" - Ian Watt Invasion's cria have more than impressive results. In just three years of showing our Ideuma Creek Invasion cria, they have earned 14 championships, 5 different cria have earned the BEST BRIGHTNESS award and 3 different cria have won the BEST CRIMP award. In addition, Ideuma Creek's Bo Jangles (owned by Prairie's Edge Alpacas) just took JUDGE'S CHOICE at MOPACA! As you would expect, Invasion does not come by these elite fleece traits by chance. He is a Royal Fawn grandson. His genetics come from well respected & well tested lineages. At age 6, he still holds fantastic crimp & fineness. Invasion is passing on color as well. He has produced every color cria including BLACK as well as superior white cria. Proudly co-owned with NYALA.

Dam: Accoyo America Thai Orchid

Full Accoyo Zen Do Daughter!

Accoyo America Thai Orchid

HuacayaOpen (Female)White
AOA# 839563DOB: 7/22/200222 yrs
Accoyo Thai Orchid is out of Accoyo Tayamamba, a foundation female for Accoyos of America whose import record boasts a + for crimp lock, leg, body and head and a ++ for density and the infamous Accoyo Zen Do. Zen Do is out of Don Julio Barreda's Select B-line herd which was raised specifically for fine and uniform fleeces. Zen Do's fiber stats are very impressive: 18.8 AFD, 2.5 SD, 13.4 CV and 0%>30! He won the coveted Judge's Choice Fleece Award at the Y2K Fleece Show. Thai Orchid is the result of the fusion of these two superior alpacas' genetics. Accoyo Thai Orchid was originally purchased from Accoyos of America at the Parade of Champions sale in 2003. Greg Mecklem described her as, "an extremely uniform, crimpy daughter of a select line Accoyo herdsire, Zen Do, and Tayabamba, mother of the famous Bolivar. She combines correct upright conformation with a high quality Accoyo fleece". Thai has also proven she can reproduce her elite fleece and nearly flawless conformation in her offspring. We have two of her daughters here at our farm. Accoyo Thai Rose is out of El Nino and Accoyo Thai Blossom is out of Accoyo America Atticus. Both are incredibly beautiful girls with elite fleece. Thai Orchid's first cria here at Ideuma Creek was sired by Invasion. He took a Reserve Color Championshp and The Best Brightness Award at his very first show! Accoyo Covert Operation is co-owned with Two Chick Farms Alapcas. We were thrilled when Thai delivered a carbon copy of Co-Op the following summer - a strong, dense, crimpy boy we named Accoyo Viente. Viente is GORGEOUS! Thai Orchid has a beautiful female cria by her side (born in late June) sired by Invasion.

Description

Covert Operation's fleece has been entered in just two shows. At BOTH shows he received the BEST BRIGHTNESS Award! He's also a blue ribbon winner and a Reserve Color Champion. Most impressive of all, Co-Op scored 19.5 out of 20 in the category of fineness and handle. This boy has it ALL going for him! Co-Op has some very rare & unusual genetics. He is the son of our Accoyo Invasion, 8X champion, 16 blue ribbon winning herdsire. This side of Covert Operation's lineage adds The infamous Royal Fawn & Royal Avenger to his pedigree. It's the dam's side that really is unusual, sought after, & have worked to make Co-op a beautiful guy with unique genetics. Thai Orchid, Co-op's dam is a beautiful Zen Do daughter. Zen Do comes from Don Julio Barreda's select B-line where he focused on creating fine and uniform fleeces. Zen Do has some of the best fiber statistics we've ever seen. 18.8 AFD, 2.5 SD, 13.4 CV and 0>30! He has very few cria compared to other full Accoyos of his magnitude. His genetics are quite rare & the fineness & consistency of his fleece are 2 of the traits many alpaca breeders are scrambling to add to their own herds. Co-op seems to have inherited the best from both his parents. His fleece is very soft, fine & consistent with a buttery handle. From his sire's side, he has received some beautiful crimp & that brightness that Invasion has become famous for. 5 different Invasion cria have won the Best Brightness Award - sometimes competing against 350 fleeces! In addition, Invasion cria have racked up 14 championships and 2 Best Crimp Awards & The Judge's Choice Award. Accoyo Covert Operation stands incredibly tall and proud. He is a very large boy with excellent conformation and stature. He really is a beautful blend of the very specific attributes Don Julio bred for - density and fine, consistent fleece. We proudly co-own Accoyo Covert Operation with Colleen Masterson and Mary Dealing of Two Chicks Farm Alpacas.
