Avatar is the future of our Industry. Just come by and take a look at this male and you will get a clear picture. Better yet, come and look at his offspring and you will know it is true. Avatar offers impeccable conformation, full coverage, amazing head with full topknot, square muzzle and strong presence. These are not only traits he possesses, these are the qualities he passes on. Avatar offers Advanced Fleece characteristics with high frequency crimp, small bundles and uniformity even down into his legs. He is extremely dense and maintains both fineness and brightness that holds its own against boys much younger in age. He proved this by placing first and then going on to take Supreme Color Champion at Farm Fair International November 2004. He also placed First and Reserve Grand Champion at the Rich Valley Show August 2005 and First in the fleece show at Alpacafest, Red Deer, 2005. All of these shows were held in Canada. 2005: AFD:20.8, SD:4.0, CV:19.2, >30:2.2 2008: AFD:23.8, SD:4.1, CV:17.2, >30:4.5 December of 2007, we had three Avatar cria old enough to take to a show (two of them just 7 months old). All three placed first in their class at the New Jersey Show 2007. Cassandra in the Beige Class, Jazz Man in the White Class and Latisha in the Multi Class. Cassandra and Jazz Man were immediately scooped up by Canada as they know these bloodlines well. Since then, Lightning took over and has represented his sire very well with a Banner at the Indiana Invitational and 1st Place at MAPACA 2008. Now, little Alexander had his debut performance at the OABA Alpacafest 2008 - and pulled off a 2nd place. Can't wait until the spring shows for him. You can see both Lightning and Alexander on their own pages. Breeding Special - $500 for Drive-by service and $1,000 for an on farm breeding.

HuacayaHerdsire (Male)Light Rose Grey
AOA# 31037709DOB: 5/29/200717 yrs
AOBA Nationals 2010 COLOR CHAMPION at 3 years of age!! Vinny placed over males much younger and from some of the top farms in the country! The competition was tough at this show, but Vinny still triumphed over males much younger. The judge couldn't help but to comment on his continuing fineness. Uniformity, Consistency, Fineness... It is difficult to find such low SD and CV numbers. 2008: AFD 19.0; SD 3.1; CV 16.3; >30 1.0 - Spinning fineness 17.26 2009: AFD 19.8; SD 3.3; CV 16.5; >30 0.5 2010: AFD 21.7; SD 3.5; CV 16.0; >30 1.3 2013: AFD 23.0; SD 3.9; CV 17.1; Comfort Factor 96.5%; Spin Fineness 21.7!! All of this at 6 years of age!! 2014 : Afd 22.2; SD 3.7 ; CV 16.5 ; Comfort Factor 98.1 %; Spin Fineness 20.8 !! Getting better with age! 2015 : Afd 21.9; SD 3.3; CV 15.2; Comfort Factor 97.9%; Spin Fineness 20.3 at 8 years of age!! Breedings are being reserved now. A phone call and a small deposit will hold your booking! With stats like Vinny's it is easy to see how you can upgrade your grey breeding program today. Vinny is technically a Light Rose Grey as he has the Rose Grey down his neck, the cap on his head and brown and black fibers running all throughout his blanket. This makes Vinny a "stealth" Grey. To cover Grey and have the fineness, bundles and elite fleece is a rare find and just what Vinny offers. Vinny's Dam is none other than the MAPACA Grey Color Champion - Vindaloo! Her rich Rose Grey color and super fine fleece has complimented Accoyo The Babe well and helped to produce a high quality Herd Sire in Vinny. Vinny has been shown in Indefinite Light - meaning he is a light animal with dark fibers running through - when he was a Juvi and as a Yearling, he has shown in Beige. The judge could not say enough about him in the Beige class and actually complimented him more than any of his competition. She loved his balanced frame, large bone, coverage, typey head, high frequency crimp and tiny bundles. She explained to all that the reason he was standing in 5th (out of 15 animals at a level V show) was due to the dark fibers running throughout his fleece. The judge at Oaba Alpacafest commented on Vinny's "Substantial presence and Superb head style". She stated that he is a very "Robust male" and exhibits "Very soft handling and consistent fleece". Vinny has limited offspring on the ground but check out the results below. He is definitely passing on those fine fleece traits!! Vinny is co-owned with Benchmark Alpacas.
