Description
Valentina is a beautiful girl. She has a deep, rich caramel colored fleece, that is extremely bright. She has developed a fleece that you would expect from the Hemingway line, with that combination of fineness, character and density. Her crimp extends from her skin to the tips, and has a high frequency. On top of that, her conformation is flawless.
Her sire's cria have won multiple color championships. In Valentina's first show (NAAS 2007), she took the blue ribbon in a class of 12 medium brown juveniles. Judge Jude Anderson said Valentina "had the finest fleece in the class", and that she "had a very uniform, high frequency crimp style". In her second show, Judge Kevin O'Leary said that Valentina had "excellent fineness", "frequent crimp" and "very little medullation". To top it off (so to speak), he commented that she had "a beautiful top knot". He placed her in second place, but said that on another day, she could switch places with the first place animal. You can see why we are so high on our Val! Her son, Hunter Hill Rory, has fleece stats of 15.8/2.8/17.6/0.4
The icing on the cake is her quite, gentle personality. She is always one of the first alpacas to greet us in the field and will let you rub her neck and touch her back. She is a very sweet girl and a great mom.
We have a 7 day live cria guarantee. Valentina comes with a full reproductive guarantee and a free breeding to any Three Niece Farm herdsire.
