Description
Arctic Wind is a four year old male with great conformation and outstanding fleece characteristics.
At age three he boasts a 17.9 micron fleece, as well as being in the top 1% for crimp and character in 2014. His fleece is bright, uniform across his body and buttery soft. All of this is not surprising, being a Snowmass Matrix son, one of the softest Quechua sons selling for $675,000 in 2010 to DoubleO Good Alpacas. His Dam, Sunset Hills Bella Luna,a Maple Brook Barnabus daughter, is also a double champion with beautiful fleece, and great conformation. We were extremely fortunate to purchase this animal from Sunset Hills Alpacas in 2013. We missed the shows in 2014, but he can be seen at the Buckeye and Paoba in 2015. Arctic Wind will be in the Showoff Showcase at Paoba as well!
