DENSE, & ultra-fine, this fleece is truly elite. Beautiful organization, with tight bundles of 'stamped-in' crimp. The uniformity of micron and primaries that are so similar to the secondaries that they are almost impossible to find - even with a magnifying glass. And did I mention BRIGHT?! This light fawn fleece looks like it was spun from gold - and feels like the finest silk. Sire - 2009 White Futurity Champion, Hidden Hill Peruvian Dually is stamping his crias with amazing density, heavy bone, and abundant fiber coverage. Dam - a high-end daughter of Peruvian Lancaster, and out of a Felix daughter, Lousie is the kind of female that 'prong' throught the dreams of every alpaca owner. ALL offers cheerfully considered, but we are not sure we even want to sell him... SERIOUS QUALITY. Would consider discounted price to a serious show home.

Description

Sonatina is one of those alpacas that always looks great, no matter what. She caught the judges' eye over and over again. Even when she is just relaxing out in the meadow, she looks like she is 'posing' for the showring. Sonatina's quality is no surprise: her sire AND dam are both quality alpacas that each have a number of quality offspring. Sire - Segundo de Royal Fawn is an outstanding son of one of the all-time greats in the alpaca world: Royal Fawn. A sire of Champions in his own right, Segundo's offspring are carrying on the winning tradition of this exceptional bloodline by producing more Champions. Segundo's offspring tend to have very dense fleeces with exceptional brightness, a 'silky' feel to their fiber, and nice uniformity of micron within the staples and across the entire fleece. Dam - Sateen is an elegant alpaca that always produced a quality cria with every male she has ever been bred to. Her fleece has the sheen and feel that live up to her name. She is a sister to the dam of NM Beethoven! Sonatina one alpaca that we cannot ever imagine parting with - but feel free to make us an offer!
