Futurity Reserve Color Champion, 2010! 14 other halter champion banners! Here is the one and only Irish Meadows Peruvian Knight Rider, a 15 time halter champion. He's the guy with the black fleece that looks like white. And he has the awesome head and boxy square conformation. In some lights he looks true black. Knight Rider settled a female at 18 months old, the first time we tried him. Look for his first cria in November, 2010. Knight Rider consistently gets females bred in one breeding. Contact us today to book a breeding to this fabulous male. Update: Knight Rider has his first cria on the ground, and it's an adorable black male! Many more expected in 2011. Muliple breeding discounts. Call for details. Congratulations to Triple Tree Alpacas and Tiskilwa Farms Alpacas for partnering with us on this 15 time champion male. Thanks to both farms!

Black Opal is a true black alpaca that is the darkest I have every seen. She has a wonderful personality and will follow us all around the pasture/barn area! She loves to eat carrots out of our hand!! She has good fleece and excellent conformation. Her 2009 cria was a first place ribbon winner in 2010!! Opal has had a wonderful fall cria for 2012. Javelin is a 15X Color Champion with super dense, crimpy fleece. We rebred Opal to Irish Meadows Knight Rider and were hoping for a true black out of that combination for 2013. You can't go wrong with the combination of Knight Rider (15X Champion) and Black Opal. Well it looks like we got a bay black/dark brown cria out of the combination of Opal and Knight Rider - just goes to show you that you aren't always right in predicting colors! In any case, the cria is nice. Opal acts like she would like to breed again but we don't have room for too many more crias. Let us know if you would like Opal and we can try to rebreed her for this price!
