Ren Farms' Charlene P Atlas
Alpaca, Huacaya, Open (Female) | Light Brown
AOA #31239721 | DOB: 6/21/2008 (16 yrs)
Sire: Charles P. Atlas
Charles P. has won five Get of Sire classes, and placed second in the other two classes entered in 2009.
We are not disappointed with the cria that Charles P. is producing, they are getting better with each birth. They all have that "eye catching" appeal, with very typey huacaya heads, and in all colors. We are also pleased to announce that many of his offspring are winning their own blue ribbons and banners. Come See For Yourself!
You only have to take one look at his face and you fall in love with this herd sire. Charles has it all: long staple, wonderful hand, excellent conformation and bite, brightness and personality. If that isn't enough, take a look at his genetics! Another Quetzal offspring with full coverage, Quetzal's outstanding head, and outstanding fleece.
The 2011 cria continue to be "eye catching"! We have started breeding Charles to gray and again, not disappointed. When bred to a MSG, he produced a DSG Female who is STUNNING!
Charles P. is co-owned with Whistler's Glen Alpacas.

Description
Charlene P. Atlas, or as we call her around the farm by her middle name - Penny, is a sweet & friendly full Peruvian girl, with extreme brightness in her fleece. She has extremely dense, well bundled crimp which is consistent in color and character from the top of her head to the bottom of her legs. She not only has a great architecture and density to her fiber, but her dark brown mom, Anais, was still holding a 23.0 micron (baby grade!) fiber at the age of 10, after having had 6 crias. All of Anais' previous crias are manifesting the same predisposition to maintain low micron over time.
In addition to her dynamic fleece traits, Penny is conformationally flawless with an upright posture, straight topline & very large bone!
Penny also seems to have received plenty of quality from her sire, Charles P. Atlas, courtesy of his father - Quetzal, a prominent Magical Farms herdsire.
Penny was a consistent ribbon winner, taking 12 ribbons at the events she was shown at, including a color championship!
Penny's 2011 cria, Nina, from her breeding to Champion Lilly's Accoyo Dupioni, was a wonderful looking light fawn girl with marvelous dense, crimpy fleece!
Her 2012 cria, Penny Serenade, is a very impressive dark fawn girl, whose crimp and density were evident even while still wet from being born! This girl has already taken ribbons in the show ring.
Penny's 2013 cria is a beautiful modern rose gray boy, Ren Farms' Pole Position. "Pole"'s sire is the magnificent MFI Juxtaposition, winner of multiple Championships/8 blue ribbons, who has flawless conformation & extremely dense and fine fleece. Jux has thrown numerous top ribbon-winning offspring. Pole is a marvelously dense, crimpy and beautiful boy and has great show potential!
Penny, comes with 2 breedings to your choice of one of our stellar champion herdsires!
