Alexander is sired by the award-winning light rose-grey My Peruvian Ferrari. He inherits dad's gorgeous coloring and square, well-balanced conformation. Alex's dam consistently produces stunning colorful cria each year. Alexander's fleece is characterized by its density, fineness and its uniformity. With a great head and strong bloodlines, Alexander would make a nice addition to a herd looking to produce color such as his. Alexander has such commanding presence, he always looks like he's posing for a photograph. He is stunning! His rose grey color has a unique lavender hue to it. You can see how dense his fleece is from a distance, his neck fleece is super thick! Alexander has great bone, and squared, balanced conformation. Magnificent. Alexander's first cria was a gorgeous dark silver grey female. He has added his serious density to his cria. Now let him add some beautiful grey cria to your herd!

Print Listing | Certificate | Histogram CAR Tempest is a 5Peruvian Silverado daughter. She is the spitting image of her dam CAR Chevelle. Dark fawn with vicuña markings, this girl is sure to be a great producer of grey offspring just like her dam. She has an abundance of coverage from her full topknot and fuzzy ears all the way down to her toes. Her disposition is just as sweet as the look on her face. Her 2007 cria a wonderful Dark Silver Grey cria by 6Peruvian Silver Cesario, "CAR Tucker". She is rebred to Cesario for a Fall 2008 cria, hopefully the female version. Update: It is Grey again for Tempest, Take a look at Silver Socks! Tempests first girl has arrived! Check out Smoke 'n Mirrors Dakota. We are rebreeding Tempest to our Aussie Rockford son, Stonyridge Arrakis for her 2010 cria. She has a good track record of throwing grey when bred to grey! We have been blessed with girls from Tempest so it is time to share the wealth. She sells with a 1/2 price breeding to the herdsire of your choice.

Description

I will have to say, this is one of my favorite offspring of the 2012 crop....so far. Her mom is my Foundation Dam, Tempest, a Silverado Daughter. Her sire, Rrosa Alexander the Great, was sired by award winning Light rose grey, My Peruvian Ferrari. Her grey genetics will be strong - in fact, this is the first non-grey offspring her dam has produced. I am confident this girl will produce quality gray offspring for you if you so desire! In the meantime, I hope you put her in the show ring. Very upright, show presence! Dakota sells with her maiden breeding to the herdsire of choice at our farm. You can use this breeding on any of the girls at your farm if you so choose.
