His fleece was never stripped or illegally enhanced in any way! Sonny won Color Champion at the AAA Futurity two years in a row- this is almost impossible in the white class especially when he was the youngest in his class the first year with a total of 57 white entries. Judge Mike Safley probably said it best at the 2003 Futurity- "This animal has it all- his tail is as good as his blanket-perfect bite-finest fiber in the class". Two time AOBA National Show Color Champion! Sonny has extremely fine fiber but even at 14 inches long it never matted up and kept very individual locks all the way to the skin and flowed freely as suri fiber should. Many people will say that this can't be achieved and that suri fiber won't lock up if it is too fine but we have proven that it can be done and the results are spectacular.
