2010 MAPACA Jr HERDSIRE of the YEAR Sheer Galaxy is the most advanced fleece on our farm. It is considerably dense, consistent, and has brightness like no other. It is so lustrous it can just about reflect moon beams! Additionally, his frame is idea - nice and square with large bone and a very correct jaw set. Sheer Galaxy has enjoyed a terrific start in the show ring and has won acclaim from some of our industries best judges. Their comments include… Mike Safley at 2006 NY Alpaca Extravaganza: absolutely beautiful, bright fleece; nothing to improve upon here; couldn't ask for a nicer animal. Wade Gease at 2006 Ohio AlpacaFest: correct from every angle; very nice frame; extremely consistent; bountiful brightness; look of satin with a silky feel. A.L.Paca's Helix Galaxy sells at Breeders Edge Auction for $87,000 at 6 months of age. His offspring has taken several Judge's Choice awards.

Description

This would be a hard girl to part with. Q-tip is one of our farm favorites. Her mother Cayley has been in our foundatin herd for years and we sold her a couple of years ago to Pleasant Green Alpaca Farm. We sold Cayley because we were planning on holding on to Q-tip. But for the right price, she can go to a farm that will take extra special care of her. Her first cria was born in 2013 and she has been the most awesome mother, just like her own mother. He will be in our showstring and I expext him to ribbon in the top of his class.
