She placed extremely well every time she was shown. When originally purchased in 2001 at a large national auction, a show judge that was attending the auction advised that Butterscotch was the best huacaya in that auction. Butterscotch is also the ONLY alpaca to have ever beaten 8-time Champion SCA Peruvian Precious Angel in the showring. This is the same Precious Angel of Misty Maiden fame who sold for $80,000. Butterscotch is a Royal Fawn granddaughter sired by his son, Moonlight Majesty of Moonlight Meadow Farm. She has two generations of beautiful fawn color on both sides.<--description-->

Avalanche is a very nice Full Peruvian 3/4 Accoyo fellow hailing from The Royal Fawn & Thunder Bloodlines. Very typey conformation and look, He has Accoyo coming from both sides of his lineage.
With super character, and density. Avalanche features some very nice coverage, consistent crimp, and excellent conformation!
He is Proven and throws color his first cria - Francis is a True Black!
His dam is a two time blue ribbon winner, Color Champion & Royal Fawn granddaughter. His sire is 6Peruvian Accoyo Thunder, a full Accoyo male who sold for $45,000 at auction.
We like Avalanche's solid structure & consistent fleece character, he will be doing many breedings for us in spring 2010.
