Roonie did not sell.. He passed away in 2012 at 14 yrs old...We had the pleasure of knowing him for almost his entire life.. He did cancer walks , benefits and soo many good deeds.. We will miss him always and couldn't bear not seeing his pic on our website... So RIP Roo boy.. we all miss you!! A beautiful Maroon herdsire. "Roonie" was named correctly. I could not say enough about Roonie if I typed all day. he is so gentle and sweet, a kid can lead him anywhere, and he is happy to go! He is not a brown he is 100% Maroon! He has the softest richest fiber for a 10 year old alpaca he is unbelievable. Supurb conformation with fiber coverage from head to toe. This 2nd place winner has fiber so Maroon that it stands out in the pasture like a painted on color. This rich color is guaranteed to add some spice to any herd, and with the disposition of an angel you just cannot go wrong with Roonie. Roonie's parents were both Chilean imports from the famous Willow Lake Farm Importation. He is a Full Chilean and 1 step from original import, This Proud Herdsire is rearing to go.
