A proven half-Peruvian black beauty, Miss Wise has inherited lovely crimpy fiber, extremely nice conformation and a rare bloodline from her two black parents. She is one of only 11 offspring out of Lanark?s Obsession (deceased), a phenomenal true black full Peruvian male. Her sire had excellent conformation, good bone and outstanding fiber, and was out of two true black Peruvian imports. Her dam is Miss Midnight Madness, who represents all the desirable qualities of a foundation female - fleece, conformation, milk and maternal traits. Miss Wise?s dam and silver half brother have both won national ribbons for their fiber, so this girl represents the next generation in blacks and has a great breeding future ahead of her. Demelza, her first cria, is a gorgeous red/brown female with rose grey facial markings. Currently bred to the multiple ribbon-winning solid rose grey herdsire, Royal Peruvian Challenger, Miss Wise is a tall, intelligent alpaca with dramatic presence who has inherited her dam's excellent mothering abilities. She produces plenty of milk and has proven to be a very protective and caring mother. Miss Wise's Challenger cria, due in April 2004, is not included, but she will be bred, free of charge, to our champion, multiple award-winning silver grey, Ben MacDhui.
