Description

The first thing you notice about Floyd is his gorgeous virtually spot-free pinkish fleece. Upon closer inspection, you will find bold and defined crimp throughout his blanket. His fleece consistently took 1st place during his show career. Floyd has a very "typey" head with a tight topknot and solid dark-colored eyes. He has excellent substance of bone, with a strong top line, fluid body movement, and a macho presence. He comes from parents who have both maintained unusual fineness as they have aged. He has a mellow temperament and is very easy to handle for such a large male. To date, he has fourteen cria on the ground. Colors range from white to rose grey. They tend to inherit his density and typey head. He has thrown rose grey cria when bred to other rose greys or bay blacks. APF offers live birth guarantees, 60 days of free boarding for both dam and cria, and discounts for multiple breedings. We can bring Pink Floyd to your farm for mobile breedings (within 60 miles of Forest Grove.) Renting his services for a week or month is also available. Now proudly co-owned with Hideaway Hills Alpacas.
