Midnight is one of the sweetest females pregnant or not!! She breeds easily, births easily, has plenty of milk and loves her crias. She is just an all around beautiful black female that produces nice offspring. She has had 4 offspring~ one male and 3 females. Perfect female alpaca to own and have for a foundation!! Midnight has produced such beautiful crias for us, we wanted to see what she would produce when bred to white. So this year, we bred her to Ambassador who is a white Full Accoyo Mr. President son. They didn't disappoint us and produced an incredible cria that we plan to keep. We co own Midnight with Alpha Omega Alpacas.

Epic Alpacas is pleased to announce the addition of Crescent Moon's Wilkinson to our outstanding lineup of herdsires! Wilkinson is a 10-time Champion and more notably, he's the back-to-back National Color Champion, taking the highest grey male honors at AOA in both 2015 and 2016! Most recently, as a 3.5 year old, he took the Color Championship at the 2016 Alpaca Breeders Invitational in a very competitive group of greys, proving that even after having cria on the ground, he's still got it! It's no wonder that Wilkinson is such an impressive male. His sire, Accoyo America Jason, is a legend in his own time, winning AOBA Nationals Color Champion in brown three years running. It is rare to find such exquisite crimp, character and density of fleece as Jason. Even better, Jason has consistently reproduced those characteristics in his crias, at such a high level that even his white offspring are consistently ribboning in the competitive white classes, and many of his progeny are champions! Wilkinson's dam, Crescent Moon's Forget Me Not, is also a Color Champion in her own right, winning 10 blue ribbons and 4 banners, including 2010 Futurity Grey Female Reserve Color Champion and 2014 CABA Classic 1st Place Produce of Dam. Wilkinson's cria have started arriving here at Epic and we are THRILLED! So much density, so much character, so much grey! His eldest male offspring, Crescent Moon's Subasio, has started making his impact on the show circuit in Fall 2017 with a number of blues and a Reserve Championship at an amazingly competitive double show in Oregon.

Mys-Tic is a blend of a True Black mother and a Light Rose Grey father with lots of Grey in her background. She has a lot of presence with captivating dark eyes, and along with her dark rose coloring is a frosting of grey throughout her neck, blanket and on her legs. Her sire is the well-known McGinnis a "producer of champions that brings genetics from both Hemingway and Augusto lines to pass on to his champion and award winning cria. His first 10 cria have won over 6 champion banners and 19 ribbons!" Load on the Grey - Mys-Tic's maternal grandfather is Medium Rose Grey Color Champion Busterius Rex. Busterius Rex is out of a Silver dam and a Medium Rose Grey sire (Son of Mr. Know It All). On August 1, 2015 Mys-tic had a 22.2 lb tux rose grey boy, Methos, out of multi ribbon winning medium rose grey Alpha Omega's Prometheus. Prometheus is very dense and exhibits crimp that could be compared to an exceptional white! Grey Genetics are the bomb: MFI Scimitar, Dom Timbo, The Silversmith and let's throw in some Accoyo~Peruvian Accoyo Felix and Accoyo Leon! Methos has gone on to become a multi-blue ribbon winner with exceptional fleece. On September 10, 2016, Mys-tic had a gorgeous tux rose grey boy, Montesquieu, out of Snowmass Enlightenment. Montesquieu already has amazing fleece! In 2018, Mys-tic did it again with another fantastic tux grey boy, Montrose! This one was from the pairing with 2X National Champion, Crescent Moon's Wilkinson. Montrose went on to win a banner in his first show and looks to continue doing so in the future! And not to be outdone by her 2018 cria, in early 2020 Mys-tic gave us a second tux grey boy out of a paring with Wilkinson. This dark silver grey boy is every bit the looker of his older brothers! Mys-tic is a great mom with lots of milk and continues to be one of our top producing females. She's what we call a "stud female".
