Well, she's fabulous, she is a Kahuna daughter and she can be bred to any of our suri stud males that will be here at the time! Her cria have been stellar representations of the suri breed. Luster plus with beautiful handle and organization. We cannot rave enough about Manuka's father Pucara Kahuna, who has really stamped his brand on the show circuit. For instance, when his progeny first really got noticed at the 2008 Nationals his kids were unbeaten in the production classes winning Breeders Best Three, Get of Sire and both Male and Female Bred and Owned yearlings!! He has won the AOBA Nationals Get class three years running! He is the six time repeat Light Futurity Suri Herdsire of the Year 2008-2013. He also won the Get at the Futurity in 2012, 2013 and 2014. MANUKA'S mother, a delightful daughter of our famous Aussie herdsire Pucara Allegro who produced 17 Best In Show. This line is that good! The dam, The Allegro daughter we are talking about, has been a very good producer for us, in fact provided a stud male for us, Pucara Herradura which is not mean feat in our herd. Manuka is personality plus with an elite fleece. Its lustrous, dense, aligned and fine. As usual she displays the typical Kahuna progeny head. Dead set gorgeous. She has that very special quality that Kahuna infuses into his progeny and that is if bred to prepotent suri lines she will produce cria of outstanding value. Madiba's Kapono, Manuka's 2014 cria, is proof of her ability. In 2017, Kapono won Champion and Best handle at the Carolina fleece show. In 2015 he was first in his class at The Futurity. He now stands at stud at Five Maples Farm in North Carolina.
