*** Reference Only *** Christopher-B is deceased Christopher-B is an awesome full Peruvian Color Champion & 3-TIME GET OF SIRE herdsire! He won 1st Place at the 2004 AOBA National Conference and has done extremely well in the show ring. TEN different judges have placed Christopher-B at the top of his class. He has a gorgeous Merino type fleece with high frequency crimp & excellent density. He continues to maintain a fine fleece as he ages! Christopher's conformation is impeccable and with a solid bone structure. He has a wonderful disposition that makes him very easy to work with. His dam, PPPeruvian Accent, is from Sollocata bloodlines and was the high-selling huacaya female at the 1998 Fall Celebrity Sale in Columbus, Ohio. Christopher's sire, Ultima, is from Allianza bloodlines and received the highest rating (10) when he was imported. We selected Christopher not only his outstanding fiber, but because of his genotype and history of pedigree, which gives him, true breeding value. Christopher-B is AWESOME and so are his crias!! Christopher-B has single handedly improved the quality of our herd regardless of the quality of the dam. We are very pleased with his offspring. The fleeces are outstanding with high luster. He has the ability to improve the offspring of the females he is bred to. We have seen what he can do to improve the offspring and it is amazing! Christopher provides a total outcross for most North American Alpaca breeders and his genetics are very limited.

Description

Ultrasounded + 10-10-12, safe with her Zeppelin cria due in June! Nora's mom is a rose grey daughter of Peruvian Oro. Nora's dad is Christopher B. That makes Nora full sister to Champion's Spark - of the "amazing fleece" (see pic at right). Look at the fleeces in this girl's pedigree, that she has produced, and that she is bred to! She can definitely throw a champion. Nora is a Blue Eyed White - (BEW) which is commonly produced when breeding white to grey. As long as they are bred to solid colors, they are excellent producers, as this is not a trait that is "passed on". It's thought to be an extreme expression of the grey color gene. So BEW's tend to throw a lot of grey. Nora is deaf, but you would never know it. She is very happy and confident. Nora has very correct conformation, very straight, with a good bite too. Nora's beige boy from Zeppelin has one of the best fleeces we have ever seen here at Delphi - See his fleece pictures at right. You can see the dark fibers in the picture of his baby fleece taken at just a few days of age. Maybe a very light grey wannabe? And his histogram at 1 year of age: AFD 15.1 / SD 3.2 / CV 21 / 0.5% >30. Superb. See his listing under our SOLD listings, "Zeppelin's Uriah". What a great mom Nora is, and what a fantastic baby she has thrown! Nora has been rebred to Zeppelin for a dynamite baby for you in the summer of 2013. Maybe this time a grey? I would love to keep her as I know she'll throw me a baby that I can sell for way more than this! But we are cutting the numbers down for winter - take advantage of this opportunity. PRICE GOOD UNTIL OCTOBER 31 ONLY. List price $800 allows for 6 months financing with $200 down and $100 / month. Or choose a cash purchase at just $600. Nora sells with a full reproductive guarantee - she is ready to go to her new home. We will Really miss this girl! Somebody is going to be really glad they brought this girl home. 5-9-11: AFD 22.1 / SD 3.5 / CV 15.9 / 2.0% >30 5-11-12: AFD 22.1 / SD 4.5 / CV 20.4 / 3.7% > 30
