What I notice when I walk into the Herdsire pasture is Marengo's strong stature, solid bone and upright stance. Who is that stunning grey out there-- Marengo! He has extensive fiber coverage from his typey head to his toes! His fiber is crimpy, fine, dense and bright. Histogram: afd=18.2m, sd=3.9m, cv=21.7%, >30=1.2% His Dam Alegre has been an excellent grey producer including Barranquilla, Shakira and Rosalinda! Take a look at the photo of his fleece and you will see what a wonderful specimen Marengo is! We love that we found Grey in a fine fleece, excellent head, solid bone and high frequency crimp! Marengo has cria that hit the ground in 2015! We are excited to share this excellent male with you! So far, every cria out of Marengo is silver or rose grey.

Description

Rosie is a lovely Dark Rose Grey female with amazing color! Breeders who appreciate grey, or fancy colors will absolutely adore Rosie. See the additional pictures to really look at the beautiful spots, and tones in her Rose Grey! With both grey parents, she would produce grey, and possibly fawn. We appreciate her growth and fiber character, fineness and density. She will produce the most stunning yarn. Her sire is Patagonia's Marengo, a fine, uniform, dense, and perfectly conformed Herdsire. He has always produced only grey, and we love his fiber attributes, especially fineness, uniformity, and his strong bone. Her Dam is also grey, out of the finest black Patagonia line- El Vasco a well known Champion Male. We are letting her go at a low price because we didn't get her registered, but we would be happy to perform the blood draw. Her BVDV has been completed and is negative. What will you name Rosie? She is so Lovely.
