Snowmass Ferrari was acquired in 2017 as we lost one of our founding Herdsires -MFI Peruvian Georgetown and though GT is impossible to replace .... Ferrari stepped up to the plate for us and our clients! Ferrari is a spectacular looking (check out his phenotype in the photos - those are upon his arrival here!)! His 2017 EPD's have him in the 1% of %M AND HE IS BLACK ! He is in the top 5% in AFD, SF, %F>30, MC...and AGAIN HE IS BLACK His Sire requires no introduction... as the Quechua line has been well documented and Matrix has been well documented. His Dam is a Snowmass Legacy Gold offspring and out of Snowmass Casanova's Myst... gotta tell you this is a tough pedigree to beat. Ferrari sold at Auction to Ernie Kellog for six figures and there is a reason for that! He went on to win multiple banners and produce banner winning offspring! Before we acquired him, his breedings were closed to the public as his offspring thrived. He is Physically beautiful with a tremendous head and absolutely passive demeanor! He is easy to handle and a strong breeder ....what a pleasure to offer his services once again to the public. We proudly co-own Ferrari with Dr. Luis and Maria Candelario of the Galotto Alpaca Farm in Ga. Sad day on 12-29-22 when Ferrari passed. He was a handsome, stately, terrific male for us that left his mark on our herd. We left him on our page out of respect.

FBF Prudence is the beautiful light fawn female sired by Snowmass Ferrari, the bay black son of the one and only, SNOWMASS MATRIX and Brookhollow's Delilah. This girl has a pedigree that is stacked with names like Snowmass Quechua, Snowmass Nova and 4Peruvian Legacy! Her lineage is lined with color for those farms that focus on a colored breeding program. Prudence's fleece is very fine with a soft, buttery feel. Check out her histogram 20.2 micron at 5 years old. She has a long staple length, beautiful coverage and perfect conformation. Prudence was bred to OTRA Runner's Shock Top and gave us a beautiful little brown boy. Hercules is doing fantastic and we cant wait to see how he turns out. Pru was bred to Majestic Meadows Baldasare ( Foggy Bottom Farms) who is the medium fawn, full Peruvian son of 2016 and 2017 Get of Sire and Dark Herdsire of the Year winning Jeremiah's Peruvian Jumanji. Baldassare is a multiple champion and is everything that you would expect from a Jumanji offspring - phenotype, fleece, brightness, conformation and fineness! This boy has it all! We expect an amazing cria to come out of this pairing and cant wait for 2021 to see.***Update Pru delivered a beautiful Light brown/dark fawn male cria. He has great substance of bone and bright silky fleece.
