He was a well known grey champion in both Saskatchewan and Ontario, and was a major influence in the breeding of grey alpacas until his passing. He had a friendly, gentle disposition and fleece that just kept blowing us away with each shearing! His density allowed us to shear an average of 12 pounds annually. Each of his offspring on our farm are just as gentle and handsome as him, and have carried on his legacy of excellence. We cannot wait to see where this genetic line will go!<--description-->

							Description
Murcielago's late father, Vintage Lambourghini, was the well known grey champion in both Saskatchewan and Ontario, and a major influence in the breeding for grey alpacas in Canada until his passing. His density allowed us to shear an average of 12 pounds annually.
Murcielago himself carries the dense coat of his father, with improved fineness. He is a proven herdsire having thrown 2 superb true black female cria in 2016, and one dark rose grey female cria in 2018. All three offspring bear his solid conformation, and that unique Lambourghini fleece that improves with age.
Like our other herdsires, Murcielago is a true gentleman. His calm, even demeanor combined with good substance of bone, excellent density, ideal head, and gorgeous colouring make him the ideal herdsire. Thus far, he seems to be following the path of his famous father, who threw true black and silver grey!
Please contact us if you'd like more information on Murcielago, or any of our other herdsires!
