Much like his father, Panache is becoming known for putting great improvements into his progeny. "Panache is a proven and accomplished stud whether field breeding or hand breeding. He's persistent when female's are open & cycling. Once he became experienced he was occasionally known to scent-check a visiting female and take a pass, with the next attempt a couple days later typically resulting in a successful breeding." Jeff went on to say, "Panache has consistently improved overall quality of cria to dam, and when throwing color to colored dams he threw solid color offspring without spots, and notable stamping a desirable head style & fleece quality to his progeny." Panache's sire has produced cria in most colors, from white through to bay black, including rose grey, PLUS he's the sire of the renowned 3/4 brother to Panache, CCNF ARCHANGEL. Panache's grandsire, 4PERUVIAN LEGACY 6016, produced 419 ARI registered cria before his passing in 2010. We're talking about a seriously prolific line! Panache's dam, MFI PERUVIAN SAVANNA, has produced 11 other ARI registered cria besides Panache through 2013, and her dam produced 6 through 2000. Savanna's sire is PPPERUVIAN AUGUSTO 6009, sire to 276 ARI registered cria. Panache's fleece is outstanding & has been for years, especially his first 3 when consistently described as "exhibiting elite characteristics in fineness, crimp, structure, brightness & uniformity. Dia is a daughter of the multiple blue ribbon sire Smoke and a Great Grand Daughter of the nationally well-known PPeruvian Pluro G4571. Her conformation is solid, her fleece has great structure and staple length. She’s has been a great mom, an easy breeder and to date has had no complications during birthing! She would be an ideal choice for a new breeder who desires a program based on color, quality genetics and a producer of ribbon winning offspring. Her son Shadow was the first cria born on our farm. He currently resides on herdsire row here at RAVA. He has an unbelievably friendly personality to go along with solid confirmation, a dense black fleece LOADED with crimp and architecture as a long uniform staple.
