Snowmass Everlasting Highlander XX, a great addition to our herd since summer 2019. With the successful years of having Snowmass Pure Reserve XX and the offsprings he produced, we needed to find a herdsire that would continue the art of breeding and advance us into another level of quality in alpacas. In our 2020 crop of crias from Snowmass Everlasting Highlander XX, we found just that, a consistent quality of strong, dense, fine, organised and uniform fleeces in these crias. Everlasting Highlander XX participated in 2 fleeces shows at 4 & 5 years of age where he showed elite results in all categories with comments "Crazy fine & uniform, especially for age" and " Quite impressive fineness of secondaries for age!!" Everlasting Highlander XX is a result of 30 years of committed passion in the improvement of alpaca genetics at Snowmass Alpacas. He is compact, dense, uniform with longevity of fineness showing at the age of 6 a histogram of 18.6/4.1/1.2>30 SF 18.3 with a curvature of 66!!! January 31, 2022. It's with great sadness that we announce that Snowmass Everlasting Highlander XX passed away this morning. A necropsy will be done to try and understand his death.

Her paternal grandsire is Snowmass Matrix who passes on his genetics for high curvature and ultimate fineness. Matrix was the Reserve Herdsire of the Year for Light and Color in 2008, AND Color Herdsire of the Year and Light Reserve Herdsire of the Year again in 2009. Her maternal grandsire is Snowmass Conopa XXX, who took a first place in the AOBA World Fleece Show We are excited to announce that You're the One I Want won a Blue Ribbon for PRODUCE OF DAM at the 2023 Houston Livestock Alpaca Show! Champion-Winning Offspring: On 10/15/20, You're the One presented us with a beautiful medium fawn female sired by Snowmass Everlasting Highlander XX. On 5/24/21, You're the One gave us a handsome light brown male sired by our gorgeous light fawn 9x Champion & multi–Blue Ribbon Winner, Estates Legendary Picasso. Her son, Picasso's Famous Painting was the Brown male Color Champion at the 2022 AWE show and was awarded numerous ribbons in the 2022 show season. He also won First Place & Reserve Champion at the 2024 TxOLAN Bluebonnet Stakes and numerous other Blue-Ribbons in 2024. On 7/8/22, You're the One presented us with a handsome white male also sired by our wonderful champion producer, Estates Legendary Picasso. Her son, Estates White Buffalo brought home a BLUE ribbon during his debut at the 2023 Houston Show! He also won FIRST Place and Reserve Champion for walking fleece at the Houston Livestock Alpaca Show! On 8/26/23, You're the One gave us a nice-looking medium fawn male sired by 6X Champion, Patagonia Estates Sakima. On 10/5/24, You're the One gave birth to a great-looking dark rose grey male sired by 14X Champion & 3X Judge's Choice winner, Estates Picasso's Duke Malaga.
