Firestone now has 8 registered cria. with one true black, one med brown and 6 grey or rose grey. Firestone has an amazing ability to pull the grey out of girls that have grey genetics, but have not produced grey when bred to other grey herdsires. As a breeder he is gentle and easy to handle. His offspring have done well in the showring.

What a beauty! This little girl is just what we hoped for. Gorgeous face, sturdy, compact frame and beautiful fleece. PLUS SHE'S DARK GREY! She is the total package, She is growing more beautiful by the day. She is quite fine with a lovely high frequency crimp. She is solid grey except for a partially expressed tuxedo on her neck and white face. She is a bit on the petite side, but she was a very easy birther for both her cria. Her 2nd cria was a 14.5# boy and she had a smooth and easy delivery. I didn't even notice she was birthing, as i was leading a tour, until the baby was on the ground.

Description

Itty Bitty was the smallest cria ever born on our farm--entering the world at 7.5#. However, she was not premature and was a strong and active cria. She grew quickly due to her mother's plentiful milk supply. She has totally caught up with her cohort of cria and has been bred once. Although confirmed by ultrasound, she unfortunately did not carry the cria to term. She will be bred again in the spring of 2025.
