Sanssouci’s Cashmere is a Sanssouci’s Topaz daughter out of a Presidio dam, Sanssouci’s Ariadne. She is a beautiful medium fawn. Her fleece is bright, fine and dense with a tight crimp and soft handle. She tends to have a short staple and was not shorn in 2022 in an attempt to produce a longer staple for processing. Cashmere has an easy going temperament and tolerates herd health activities well. She is calm and stoic. She loves to run and jump when turned out. She was shown as a juvie, yearling and 2 year old and placed in the ribbons with one reserve championship. She has delivered 2 female crias without any issues. Her 2020 histogram shows an AFD 19.2 and CV of 21.7. Her fleece makes a beautiful, soft yarn which sells as natural. She is ready to be bred. She would make a fine addition to any herd.
