King absolutely is one of the nicest alpacas we've had born here. His first crias are on the ground and they are simply stunning!! The highlight of shearing was his crias. I sound like a cliche describing them but there's no other way to say it...very long consistent staple, excellent brightness, coverage galore, perfect architecture all the way to the belly, and extremely fine. If you're looking for a male to put on massive bones while keeping that very correct square conformation and beautiful fleece coverage...King is your guy. His Pedigree is wonderful. Full of superfine genetics like Accoyo Elite, Accoyo Legacy, Augusto, Hemingway, Cahuide, and more. He's available for stud. We own his dam who is a Top 1% EPD girl so we are able to offer him for sale. He has a beautiful histogram and a high curvature with well defined zipper style crimp. In his first show he took a 1st Place at exactly 6 months old with incredible competition. He has gone on to win many more blue ribbons. Judges absolutely loved his fineness and density as well as his perfect alpaca body type. Very square, solid, and big boned with lots of presence and a perfect alpaca head style. We continue to get excellent feedback from AOBA Judges and they all love his build, body type, and coverage. "His look is very commanding" We can't say enough, so please take a look at him yourself if he peaks your interest. He is beige with lots of white genetics, but also carries color on his maternal side through Bueno's Margarita and Little Miss Jennifer. We feel you could put him across many different animals in your herd with excellent results. His first cria have blown us away. UPDATE: Exposed to Appaloosa herdsire, Willowwind' Pied A.K.A Mr. Spotalicious on 12/2/24. Mr. Spotalicous is visiting from Mule Train Alpacas in Montana and he is being breed to a very special handful of girls. This pairing can produce harlequin and appaloosa offspring. No matter the color / pattern the offspring is bound to be something special as both parents have stunning phenotypes and exceptional fleece. Snowmass Divine Exclipse is a beautiful Divine Love daughter with 4 outstanding offspring. We are in love with this girl but also with her 2023 X-Man son, Divine X. It is with great excitement that we introduce this handsome harlequin appaloosa son of Vintage Cashmere U-Taupe-ia and elite-fleeced, Running Late's Peaches and Cream. Peaches was purchased in 2019 for her outstanding fiber traits, beautiful phenotype, pedigree and patterned fleece. She does not carry an appaloosa or harlequin in her pedigree, but is an expressed pattern so she was included in the appy/harley program as a potential for throwing just what we want. In 2019, she was paired with harlequin appaloosa, Apache Gentleman. The two produced a lovely classic female appaloosa that was exported to Switzerland in early 2021-- Rare Gem Night Owl. In late 2020, Peaches was paired with harlequin male, Vintage Cashmere U-Taupe-ia "Taupie" and produced this handsome harlequin male, Rare Gem Camouflage! Born 11/15/21-- this handsome offspring is a fleece monster with presence galore. He was born on a 90 degree day and took a half day to fully dry. Sire, Taupie, was recently sold. Thank you Taupie for gifting us with such a gorgeous gem just prior to your departure! Camouflage is one for the serious appaloosa / harlequin breeder(s) to keep an eye on.
