Since purchasing Kirwin at the 2012 Parade Of Champions auction we have grown from his offspring to extreme extents. He has been said to be one of Crescent Moon's favorite Rayo Del Sol sons. In 2004 the production class at Crescent Moon Ranch was 70% male. Little did Crescent Moon kniw that those male cria's would represent such a large part in their future. On that list are the names Shiftin Gears, Lunar Breeze, Adonnis, Copenhagen, Semper Fidelis, Prince Charming and of course Kiriwn to name a few. With just the names provided above they had amassed a total of 60 championships and reserve championships all across the country at Level 4 and Level 5 shows. Kirwin was a cornerstone in the group winning 13 of these championships/reserses on his own, the first 8 months of age and the last at almost three years of age. He is amoung the most decorated ever show and may be the most decorated brown male in the country. As a sire he has ived up to the hype. His crias have demonstrated beautiful phenotype, beautiful fleeces, an array of colors. champion and ribbion winners. Like his name sake, Kirwin has executed exellence. Jim Kiriwn was one of the greatest men that Crescent Moon had ever known and were he still with them today, their friend Jim would be proud. The same can be said for them at Crescent Moon Ranch.

Red Granites Teca is a direct daughter of the late, great KIRWIN, a multiple-time champion stud male who left a lasting legacy in our breeding program. Her dam, NPA Peruvian Tiara, is sired by BMF Taos' Zeppelin, a National Champion black male known for his highly aligned, zipper-style crimp and enduring fleece quality. Tiara has proven to be an exceptional foundation dam for us, most notably as the dam of Red Granites Tammerlane, a decorated multi-champion brown male who now holds a prominent place on our Herdsire row. This is a potent pedigree, packed with proven genetics and performance. Teca herself is a long-stapling female with ideal frame size, well-suited for producing future “stud” females. Her 2025 fleece revealed a bolder, more structured style with intense brightness, impressive uniformity, and strong density, indicating she's maturing into the kind of female who will deliver lasting value in both fleece and reproduction. In 2021, Teca was bred to our world-renowned, three-time AOA National Supreme Champion Red Granites Val D Lsere, but she unfortunately lost the pregnancy. As she has not yet birthed a live cria, she is considered unproven. Because of this, we are offering her with a complimentary maiden breeding to help ensure her full potential can be realized in the right program. We highly recommend pairing her with one of our elite colored males from the Val D Lsere line.
