Goldyn Rae's Masada is a BIG female out of Blue Ginger and GVSA Lazaro. Masada was born at a whopping 26.25 pounds! She is a big girl with a sold frame that is developing a very nice fleece. Dam Blue Ginger exhibits a lustrous and fine fleece, maintains excellent fiber stats and sports TOP 2-5% 2019 EPDs in the first FOUR fiber categories. With her sire LCA Huckleberry de Latah, 2012 Futurity Dark Herdsire of the Year, Blue Ginger is a complete package with her superb genetics. She has produced outstanding offspring, including female Nazca who recorded a 72 Density and knockout Fibonacci (Limited Edition son). Sire Lazaro is a stellar Kahuna's Lexus son who logged TOP 1% EPDs in 2018 and 2019. Can't wait to see this little one!! **April 2022** Check out a newly found picture of Masada's Dam, Huckleberry's Blue Ginger. I had not seen her dam in full fleece previously, but wow, this picture is stunning. (I also did not know that Blue Ginger won a Championship at CABA in 2012--That explains a LOT!) Masada looks JUST like her..in white! Also attached is a picture of her sire, Lazaro, who is still exhibiting great density and luster. Masada is one of those females that keeps getting better with time. Her fleece is very lovely at almost 3 years old. She continues to produce good staple length, luster and her fleece is oh so soft and cool to the touch. We are REALLY hopping for a beautiful cria from her in June. She is one of our favorites for sure!! June 2022 --The wait is over!! Masada delivered a gorgeous light fawn male cria on June 20. He is just fantastic! Beautiful fleece, tons of dense wrinkles in his skin and luster off the charts! We will be watching his development with great anticipation. Prince and Masada have really outdone themselves with this one!!!
