Patches is a farm favorite - she's a gorgeous grey girl out of Vantaggio Di Bisturi. She's a fantastic mother, and an amazing aunt to all of the other cria. We decided to change things up with breeding last year, as she was bred to 4-Sights Crawford two times prior - and had a true black both times! Figured I'd roll the dice and see what would happen being bred to a dark fawn - Boa's Aslan, (who's produced white, black, dark fawn, etc.) and the out come was a white boy! This definitely showed us that Patches does what she wants in terms of colors haha. He's a beautiful boy with loads of wrinkles and fleece, we cannot wait to see how he turns out! Patches had the most stunning rose grey baby girl on 7/31 out of Duke of Wakeman's Court Jester. We are breeding Patches to our new grey herdsire, Thor Farms Hercules in fall of 2025!

After a long search for a grey male to add to our herdsire lineup, I was offered Hercules by Thordarson Farms and knew he was the perfect fit! He is unrelated to any of the females here, and with many of mine having grey genetics - I'm hopeful in seeing what Hercules can do here! His fleece is stunning, and histogram at 11 months old showed a 17 micron fleece! His fleece feels like a cloud. Herc has been fitting in nicely here, and is such a pleasure to work with. He seems to mind his own, and really just merged right into the herd like he's always been here. Herc has has settled his first two females and has had a few successful breedings as well. All are pending ultrasound confirmation in the next few weeks. We are thrilled to see what he will produce!

Description

Abi is a true black from two greys, but is packed with amazing grey genetics - Bisturi and Aussie Guns-N-Roses, plus she has loads of fleece! Normally Abi will cush and let you scratch her neck, she's a very sweet girl and a great mom. We decided to see what Abi could produce with a dark fawn boy, Boa's Aslan - she had a gorgeous baby boy who's fleece just keeps on coming! He started out looking like a super rich deep fawn color, but has slowly transitioned to looking more and more modern or rose grey as the weeks went on. Excited to see what color this baby is come shearing time. Abi had a stunning big strong girl out of Baldassare on 10/16! Abi had a gorgeous female out of Elevation by Defiance on 10/14! She has been bred to our new grey herdsire, Thor Farms Hercules, for a fall 2026 cria!
