Hand selected by the late Dr. Jim Vickers; Royal Fawn was the only light fawn Accoyo ever exported from Don Julio Barreda’s herd. According to Barreda, Royal Fawn ranked as one better than he had ever produced at Estancia Accoyo in Peru. PPPeruvian Royal Fawn was the 1999 & 2000 Get-of-Sire winner at the AOBA National Show & record-breaking highest selling male in alpaca history in October 2005. His phenotype displays extreme coverage, thick bone (tree trunk legs,) a broad chest, correct conformation & stellar head style. His legs are straight & bite correct. A very dense, true black fleece covers his compact & stout frame. That velvety fleece opens into a very uniform, bright fleece, displaying a beautiful consistent crimp style & very few large primary fibers. ANDINA'S MALEFICENT Maleficent is a beautiful dark brown daughter of the 14x Champion Jeremiah’s Peruvian Jumanji. Jumanji is a wonderful dark fawn with beautiful, bundled fleece, and an elite high-frequency, high-amplitude crimp coupled with incredible fineness. Among Jumanji’s many accomplishments include winning the Dark Herdsire of the Year in both 2016 and 2017, Reserve Light Herdsire of the Year in 2016 and 2017, as well as Medium Breeder Herdsires of the Year and Dark Get of Sire at both 2016 and 2017 Futurity shows. Her paternal grandsire is none other than Majestic Peruvian Jeremiah, who has won six Herdsire/Reserve Herdsire of the Year Awards, a feat never accomplished by any other herdsire. In 2024, Maleficent had One trait ranking in the Top 10% EPDs plus one in the Top 25%. For Maleficent's next pairing, we selected 6x champion & champion producer, Patagonia Estates Sakima. Gibraltar of FJA is truly gorgeous. He has the fineness, long staple length & density with a strong frame for the complete package. He was handpicked along with 7 other studs from Amber Autumn’s herdsires. Gibraltar was special enough that we used him for breeding immediately upon arrival. He may have originated from a smaller farm, but was impressive enough to seduce the owners of Amber Autumn & now us. His genetics are top-shelf, he has 10% EPDs, and has a fantastic show career.
