Patches is a farm favorite - she's a gorgeous grey girl out of Vantaggio Di Bisturi. She's a fantastic mother, and an amazing aunt to all of the other cria. We decided to change things up with breeding last year, as she was bred to 4-Sights Crawford two times prior - and had a true black both times! Figured I'd roll the dice and see what would happen being bred to a dark fawn - Boa's Aslan, (who's produced white, black, dark fawn, etc.) and the out come was a white boy! This definitely showed us that Patches does what she wants in terms of colors haha. He's a beautiful boy with loads of wrinkles and fleece, we cannot wait to see how he turns out! Patches had the most stunning rose grey baby girl on 7/31 out of Duke of Wakeman's Court Jester. We are breeding Patches to our new grey herdsire, Thor Farms Hercules in fall of 2025!

Description

It took a while to decide on a good registered name for this boy, but boy does "Batteries Not Included" suit him! He always seems to think about everything before he does it, and during that time seems to be stuck on a "loading screen". It's the cutest thing and he's growing up to be an exceptional male! Waylon was the first name to come to us when he was born, and the name just kind of stuck! When he was born, it was a shock to say the least! Dam is MCR's Patches of Vantaggio, a beautiful grey girl. Sire is Boa's Aslan, a gorgeous dark fawn boy. This boy's color was totally unexpected! He looked almost white at first, then we thought maybe beige. At his first shearing we discovered some surprise brown spots! He has one behind his ear & one on his side by his left hip. Waylon has been maturing beautifully, and has stunning bright fleece with tons of crimp! He is a pleasure to handle, compact in size, and I've had to cut eye holes for him every few months - dude has a gorgeous head and tons of fleece! We have to cut eye holes every few months & opted to give him a pretty decent face trim to help over winter. Waylon has had a few successful breedings now. He officially has a confirmed pregnancy by ultrasound as of November 2025! Lots of grey genetics & fantastic fleece! He is also a pleasure to handle and very well mannered. Book your breeding today!
