Seismic has been making TB babies. One took a few 2nd placements in halter behind girls that took first at the futurity and nationals. Another took a a first in the national fleece show. They had the same fleece style and appearance as you see in Seismics 2011 fleece shot. Check out his 2018 msg male JJA Seriously Silver and his 2019 TB male JJA Seismic's After Shock, 2018 JJA Seismic's Sheba. He has made black out of white! Never made lighter than a medium brown (from same white dam he made black) Seismic does not like to be away from home and it showed greatly as a juvey in the show ring. He should have placed higher but didn't cooperate. As a yearling with more confidence he consistently placed 2nd behind an undefeated 1/2 brother who is a multiple color champion, Jacob Black who does not have outside breedings. Seismic's fleece stats are incredible for a black(or other colors)-unbelievable CV which to many breeders is more important than the micron. Seismic's dam has produced amazing offspring including Josie a CC and Capri a 2xRCC along with other great wins. I thought if she can produce a black male with the same winning fleece attributes and overall greatness, then we will have found the guy to breed to all of Adonis' offspring, and we have!. Seismic is very square with heavy bone and the best head! Seismic has "IT" so come check him out! We'd only sell Seismic with another herdmate.

This girl is solid. Love her perfect conformation and color but it was her super fine fiber that caught my attention. I look forward to breeding her to my studs that are consistently putting out high frequency crimp and density along with nice consistency. We bred Lacey to Wrangler our dark rose grey with blk and silver parents. We got a fawn with white markings like a grey. Have never had this coloration in 17 years but we had 2 this year that look sooo much alike we call them the twins and they are tight buds even though male and female. It was a long maiden birth as he was almost 22 lbs. His head kept going back in but finally with some help, he was here! We thought we would lose him several times in this 2 hr process so we named him Wrangler's Revival and call him River. He has a gorgeous head with big black eyeliner eyes and is super correct conformationally. Of course he was supposed to be grey. He has some mottled fawn so kinda of appy look but not distinct spots. Fiber is supreme! Will probably keep him for a show stringer. We bred her to Preacher for a '21 cria. She delivered yet another light fawn male which is so not like the sire's and grandsire's color output. Oh well, I bred her to Seismic who has only ever made black and grey except for a maroon female out of a light fawn girl which was her darkest cria ever. Couldn't ask for a healthier Mom and cria. No issues with her 2nd birth that was also 21 lbs. Seismic came through for us and Lacey delivered a stunning, huge rose grey-maybe silver boy. 22 lbs. Very healthy. Lacey will have a year off from pregnancy. Lacey fooled us in thinking she was pregnant by Seriously Silver. We just bred her today to our guy Polson who is 2nd generation Orlando Cloud grandson and his dam was the epitomy of a foundation girl. Polson made msg when bred to lsg so here's hoping this breeding sticks.

Description

I wish I had a more current photo. He has really grown in the last few months. Filled out nicely. Should breed soon. I love, love, love this boy! I'm a fan of rose greys. They are harder to breed for. This boys dam was bred to a rose grey and produced a light fawn with somewhat grey patterning. Next year I bred her to a true black and got the same light fawn. Both boys. Gorgeous fiber but kinda both fading fawns due to the grey patterning. So, I knew I needed to put her with our Seismic who though black, has several strong grey ancestors and he throws either Black or grey except 2 DB out of light fawn and medium brown. Seismic puts out great, heavy bone with correct conformation. Retained fineness. Very nice density. I looked at Twister's fleece recently after cria shearing it was only about 1 1/2". Couldn't be happier. Reminds me of his half brother Seismic's Seriously Silver's fleece.. Check out his page for the fleece that got him great ribbons. Twister was a huge cria at 22 lbs. He literally walked out of her after some assistance getting him past the shoulders. He has a large brown side spot that is in the shape of a tornado. Most of the time I don't let myself get attached to cria unless I'm sure I'm going to keep them long term. I have this guys sire and have been breeding his half brother Seriously Silver quite a bit with awesome results. However, whenever I see him, I'm slightly stunned at how absolutely perfect he is in conformation, density, shine and the crimp is very nice and consistent. So, I foresee putting his brother for sale after next years breedings. Update 2024: Twister lost some of his crimp recently which may be temporary. His brother Seriously Silver gave us 2 great black females. So, since we have too many males, my business side has to let Twister go. Ugh :( He is also getting picked on in the big boy pasture.
