April 2023 upddate: We have 5 Zinger offspring going to the Great Western Alpaca Show. They will all compete in walking fleece, halter and three will compete in a class called Get of Sire (3 alpacas with the same sire but different dams), and two will compete in Produce of Dam (2 alpacas from the same dam, at least 1 year apart - in this case also the same sire). We are hoping they all do well. Each alpaca will be judged comparatively on traits passed down from their sire, Zinger. Weighing 19.1 lbs and boasting superb genetics, Armandi's 2nd place win in a halter show at Gold Country Gathering in Oct 2022 is a testament to his exceptional quality. Illuminescence had a gorgeous light fawn male we named Tabasco (a white ebony wood). Illuminescence had an easy birth and is an excellent mom. Tabasco is growing nicely and will be going to the Great Western Alpaca show . Looking towards the future, we are excited to see the potential of Sawdust's Allene, born on October 4, 2024.
