Hand selected by the late Dr. Jim Vickers; Royal Fawn was the only light fawn Accoyo ever exported from Don Julio Barreda’s herd. According to Barreda, Royal Fawn ranked as one better than he had ever produced at Estancia Accoyo in Peru. PPPeruvian Royal Fawn was the 1999 & 2000 Get-of-Sire winner at the AOBA National Show & record-breaking highest selling male in alpaca history in October 2005. Tehya, Troy’s dam, has produced top-notch herdsires such as: Troy (Sizlin Rose,) Terrill (El Principio,) Taylor Made (Eclipse,) Turbo Tribute (Silver Signature,) Duke of Earl (Eros,) & Thunderstruck (Ameretto.) His phenotype displays extreme coverage, thick bone (tree trunk legs,) a broad chest, correct conformation & stellar head style. His legs are straight & bite correct. A very dense, true black fleece covers his compact & stout frame. That velvety fleece opens into a very uniform, bright fleece, displaying a beautiful consistent crimp style & very few large primary fibers. ANDINA'S ENCHANTED KISS Enchanted Kiss has lots of color in her pedigree… grey, fawn, beige, brown and black. She is the daughter of Full Peruvian multi-champion, LMFI Dragonheart, who carries multiple generations of Magical Farms genetics. Her paternal grandsire is 8X Champion MFI Peruvian Cactus Jack, whose terrific pedigree includes Guellermo, Epitania, and Jeronimo paternally; and Silvio, Campanilla, and Concordia maternally. Her dam, Lakeside's Fawntasia was a blue-ribbon winner at the 2007 Alpaca Affaire Northwest. Enchanted Kiss' maternal grandsire, Victor's Julius, has grey on his dam's side for a couple generations (on both sides of her lineage). Julius is the son of the late PPeruvian Victor, whose fleece swept the awards in the 1995 AOBA National Fleece Show, garnering awards for Best Growth Huacaya, Most Uniform Huacaya, Best Crimp Huacaya, Spinners Choice, and Cottage Industries Choice. At the 1997 AOBA National Fleece Show, Victor's fleece took first place for Adult Fawn Huacaya, and overall Knitters Choice Huacaya. In his prime, Victor sheared an incredible 14 pounds per year with over 8 pounds of blanket, and a staple length of over 6 inches.
