Her dam, My Peruvian Rising Star, is a true black, out of 6Peruvian Wild Rose and her sire is the famed Bisturi, a medium silver-grey male with a pedigree that would complement any breeder's program. What more do we have to say about Bisturi? He has excellent dense coverage, crimpy fleece, with perfect conformation. Drambuie and White Out along with a very strong Bolivian line make up this very desirable outcross male. Bisturi placed first in the 2006 GWAS yearling Bred and Owned class over white males. Snowmass MR Sizlin Rose won the 2016 Huacaya Herdsire Of The Year, large breeder Division, as well as the 2017 Reserve Herdsire Of The Year Dark-colored offspring, large breeder Division. An incredible 134 CHAMPIONSHIP BANNERS have been won by his offspring! (Including Red Granites Val D Lsere - 20x Judges Choice winner, 21+ banner winner, and the only Huacaya male to win 3 AOA National Supreme Championships three years in a row (2016,2017 & 2018) and Liberty’s Manifest-Destiny - 4X Judges Choice Winner + 13X Champion!) Her maternal grandsire is none other than the legendary grey herdsire, Bisturi, who is best known for his extreme density, compact body style, and incredible crimp.
