19 Time Halter Champion in True Black! 2012 has been good to Jacob Black. Every show he went to, he was the Color Champion, and it didn't matter if it was the Futurity or Nationals. He finished 2012 with a stellar 19 halter champion banners! Jacob Black has great conformation, a beautiful fleece, and a handsome head. His true black fleece is extremely uniform with a very expressive crimp style found normally on white animals. His personality is laid back and gentle. Jacob Black started showing when he was 9 months old, and since that time, he bannered in every show he went to, with the exception of a blue ribbon at the Futurity when he was 10 months old. Jacob is not available to outside breedings. He will be an exclusive, restricted herdsire for our black program, and he will join 15 time champion Knight Rider in producting show winning blacks. Update: Jacob Black wins Reserve Dark Herdsire at the 2015 Futurity and the 2016 Futurity! That is a fabulous achievement! Update: Jacob Black's crias are outstanding, and many of them are already champions themselves!

Crescent Moon’s Peachee Keen is a fantastic addition to our grey program. He is already proven and now breeding at Alpaca Country Estates. He is of excellent quality and loads of grey in his pedigree. Peachee Keen is a beautiful male of moderate size with a full head, good coverage, and proud presence. We absolutely love his fleece. It is very uniform with a high-frequency crimp with moderate to high amplitude. It is a fine fleece carrying great brightness, good staple length, superb density, and an excellent handle. The above traits brought Peachee success in the show ring. He is an 8x champion and has won 12 blue ribbons. This is no surprise as he is a fifth-generation champion. His sire is 8x champion, Crescent Moon’s Kolbe who has produced many champions. Peachee’s linage contains Crescent Moon’s Wilkinson, Accoyo America Jason, Royal Fawn, Rayo Del Sol, Crescent Moon’s Aquinas, ATV Adonis, and more. With Peachee Keen unrelated to many grey lines at our farm and in some areas of the country, he is a great option for breeding for grey or black. His half sibling, Estates Dark Venom, is a 10x Champion (including 2024 AOA National Black Male Fleece Reserve Championship with his juvenile fleece)!
