Co-owned with Heart & Soul Alpacas & Blazing Star Ranch! Purchased 1/2 of this guy 2021 from All Around Alpacas, then becoming partners with Heart & Soul Alpacas on an exceptional male. With a 76 mm follicle density 9.3:1 SP Ratio he became the third densest gray ever tested by Alpaca Consulting as of 2020, with his son, Holy Smoke, claiming the second position. That's quite special! If you were color blind his fleece could compete with even the nicest white. Very uniform in color with a hand to die for. And style? did you say style!!! He is perfect in his comformation, his histogram touts excellent fineness and uniformity. His silver gray color is deep and rich. His phenotype is everything we are looking for. His first fleece is part of the elite A Paca Fun traveling fleece show. Shift is the epitome of the next generation of gray fleece!

So Ms Surfer Just a delightful gal. She came to me already mature. 2021. with a baby boy at side and her older daughter. What struck me about both her offspring is how type-y they were. And full of fleece and nice I sold them both. And kept her. I have her 18 month histogram: micron 16.6 SD 4.1 So that is impressive and then at 54 months 21.9 micron with a 5.2 SD and a super pronounced curvature to her fleece I bred her to Sonic Shift. She had this gorgeous little guy in 2023. He is a looker. Fine bundly fiber and brightness. "You will see him in the ring in 2024" nice. And there was this commotion about harlequin offspring out of a Tux grey dam so I bred her to Man of Mystery for a 2024 cria. And Im super excited to see what happens. :) Ms Surfer hails from some outstanding pedigrees on the sire side. See the attached info. Im impressed with her. And Im keeping her to round out my mini tux group of outstanding dams. Thx again Kitt. :)

Description

Willowwind' Timber Blue is another very nice tuxedo grey male from the 2023 cria class. Let's start with the dam of this male, Miss Silver Surfer, who has some strong chilean genetics matched with Peruvian genes. She is sired by Spruce Ridge Zapata, a 2-time Champion with two first place finishes at The Futurity in both years of eligibility. Zapata was sired by SPA Peruvian El Senor, a white stud male out of PPeruvian Vengador and PPPeruvian Azul Celeste. He was out of a true black 4Peruvian Matador daughter who maternally is out of two true black Chilean imports, Arcuta's Out Back Jack & Visviri's Rippling Lava. Miss Silver Surfer's dam, Mr Pink's Patience was out of a CPeruvian Silvio son and a Shaquille daughterAll of these names listed above were known for their lingering fineness and uniformity traits even despite their dark colorations... Now onto the sire of this boy, A Paca Fun's Sonic Shift who we previously co-owned with a few farms. He had a 76 mm follicle density and 9.3:1 SP ratio. He comes from stellar grey genetics that include A Paca Fun's Sonic Shift a Judges' Choice winnig tuxedo grey male. Overall, this male is a stunner in all ways. He needs to be shown and then needs to be bred. Act fast!
