IAF River is the result of our Pablo genetics and Pyslent Knight lines. His half brother, IAF Solomon was a fleece champion at the Suri Network fleece show, so we knew he was going to be awesome! We decided to match up his dam with our IAF Tiberius (Pablo son), hopefully to produce another black herdsire. We couldn't be happier! His fleece is extremely lustrous and has a wonderful cool hand. The lock structure mimics that of his color championship winning sire. He received a second place in the 2021 AOA National Show against some incredible competition. He has wonderful density which we will be monitoring once he ages a bit more. His fleece has been awarded the best of the best! Two Color Championships, 2-1st places and Judge's Choice! We knew he was something special and the judge's are recognizing it! With stellar black genetics on both sides of his heritage, one will have excellent chances for achieving black offspring. If you are starting out with alpacas or have an established dark breeding program, consider adding IAF River to your herd! We have 2 confirmed pregnancies with River as of fall 2022. Peruvian Ella Quence is a gorgeous medium silver grey female out of a blue ribbon Synergy daughter and Futurity Champion Peruvian Silver Heat. We purchased Ella due to her genetics and because we wanted to add gray to our farm. She has density and coverage far superior to other gray females we examined. For a mid-aged female, we couldn't believe the luster and fineness she is maintaining. We were right because her eye-popping silver luster was declared continually the best in her class when she was being shown. She surely is a prized jewel in our barn and is now producing valuable offspring from our line of herd sires. She has the striking looks and the champion pedigree to back it! All the breeders know this girl. By nine months of age, Ella had earned two level V championships, was also one-third of the Get of Sire trio that earned her sire a fifth place at the Futurity, beating out full Accoyos and MacGyver lines! Unheard of for greys! Ella was bred to Pablo and the offspring, Rosie the Riveter, was over the top! Rosie won Reserve Championship at the National Fleece Show and 3 firsts at AOA, PAOBA and Suri Network fleece shows. Ella was bred to IAF Tiberius for a 2022 cria. IAF Greeder is stunning and we can't wait to get him in the show ring. Should be excellent given Tiber's offsprings winnings in 2021. Ella is confirmed pregnant to our 2nd in halter (2021) and Black Color Champion IAF River. She is expecting this cria summer 2023. Update: Ella has had the most beautiful female on 7/8/23.
