Troy is the product of a pairing between the legendary Snowmass MR Sizlin Rose & Zephyrus daughter, Amber Autumn Tehya. This male is truly the next generation herdsire for the absolute discerning breeder! We were thrilled at the opportunity to add this supreme quality & genetics to the ACE herd. Troy’s prestigious awards include 2019 AOA Nationals Color Champion & 2019 Futurity Reserve Champion! In all but one show, Troy won a banner! We have selected top quality females to breed to Troy, but his outside breedings are closed. We also have several extraordinary, beautiful females bred to Troy & select offspring available for sale. Troy's sire, Snowmass MR Sizlin Rose, is an exceptional 12X champion including the 2012 AOBA Nationals Color Champion & 2012 Futurity Color Champion. Sizlin Rose also won 2016 Huacaya HERDSIRE OF THE YEAR & 2017 RESERVE HERDSIRE OF THE YEAR. Sizlin Rose’s offspring have been awarded nearly as many banners as the number of his offspring (180+.) He has produced numerous AOA Supreme Champions. Troy is a paternal sibling to other top males (Red Granites Val D LSere, Crescent Moon’s Sizzlin Shak, Liberty’s Manifest-Destiny & Red Granites Innsbruck). Troy's maternal grandsire, 382 Peruvian Zephyrus, is a 10x Color Champion including 2005 FUTURITY RESERVE HERDSIRE OF THE YEAR! In Troy, we are not only getting Sizzlin Rose but the prepotent genetics of stud-dam Tehya. Troy's maternal great grandsire is none other than full Accoyo PPPeruvian Royal Fawn. Hand selected by the late Dr. Jim Vickers; Royal Fawn was the only light fawn Accoyo ever exported from Don Julio Barreda’s herd. According to Barreda, Royal Fawn ranked as one better than he had ever produced at Estancia Accoyo in Peru. PPPeruvian Royal Fawn was the 1999 & 2000 Get-of-Sire winner at the AOBA National Show & record-breaking highest selling male in alpaca history in October 2005. Tehya, Troy’s dam, has produced top-notch herdsires such as: Troy (Sizlin Rose,) Terrill (El Principio,) Taylor Made (Eclipse,) Turbo Tribute (Silver Signature,) Duke of Earl (Eros,) & Thunderstruck (Ameretto.) Showing the magnitude of the prepotency from his sire & dam’s genetics. Troy is exactly the exceptional herdsire expected from this prestigious pairing & premier ancestry. His phenotype displays extreme coverage, thick bone (tree trunk legs,) a broad chest, correct conformation & stellar head style. His legs are straight & bite correct. A very dense, true black fleece covers his compact & stout frame. That velvety fleece opens into a very uniform, bright fleece, displaying a beautiful consistent crimp style & very few large primary fibers. Troy has a wonderful temperament & is always ready to breed. Many of his daughters are retained in our herd & we are pleased to see Troy’s influences passing though his offspring to their cria. His son, Amber Autumn Ringmaster is in our stud row. Troy is throwing about 50% black or grey cria across all dams.

ESTATES CREMONA CHALLENGE Cremona Challenge is out of true black Color Champion Patagonia’s Baccus and true black Champion Estates Cassidy. She was named for the irreplaceable quality Cremona violin, a near by replica of the Stradivarius violin. Her sire is 3x Black Champion Patagonia’s Baccus. Judge Amanda VandenBosch assessed Baccus and noted his marvelous stature, phenotype, with above average in all aspects of fiber including fineness & handle, uniformity of micron & staple length, density, and coverage of fiber. Her Champion dam, Estates Cassidy, is the 1/2 sister to 26x Champion, Estates Stradivarius, one of the most decorated alpacas in the country. Cassidy's sire is Snowmass Andean Midnight, our dynamite true black male with extreme fineness. His grandsire is none other than Andean Bronze, the sire of Royal Bronze - from Snowmass' vicuna type alpaca retaining fineness under 20 microns after reaching maturity. Her dam, Crescent Moon's Cassia is our 6x champion and multi-blue ribbon winning foundation female out of legendary multi-champion, Kirwin. Champion and Multiple Ribbon-Winner! Judge Ken Hibbits said that Cremona's fleece was a Knock Out when Cremona took home a Second Place Ribbon at the 2017 California Classic, in the Juvenile True Black Halter Class and went on to receive the Reserve Color Champion. (**1st Place & Color Champion winner was our Estates Takami). Cremona won a 2nd Place ribbon at the 2017 AOA National Show, where Jill MacLeod commented that Cremona had the softest, fineness and most dense fleece in the class. Cremona received another Second Place Ribbon at GWAS 2017 out of a class of 11. Comments from Peter Kennedy included fine, consistency with color and micron with bundling crimp, well deserving her Second Place Red Ribbon in such a large class. Offspring: In 2019, Cremona gave us a handsome true black male cria. On 7/3/20, Cremona gave birth to an attractive MB/BB male sired by Estates Legendary Picasso. On 7/7/23, Cremona gave us a good-looking true black male sired by Amber Autumn Ameretto. On 6/19/24, Cremona presented us with a handsome true black male sired by multi-champion, Amber Autumn Troy. Judge Wade Gease awarded Estates Zephyrus of Troy a second place ribbon at the 2025 AOA National show!

ESTATES ZEPHYRUS OF TROY Zephyrus was named in honor of his famous grandsire, 382 Peruvian Zephyrus, a 10x Color Champion and 2005 Futurity Reserve Herdsire of the Year. His sire is 4x champion, Amber Autumn Troy, the product of a pairing between the legendary Snowmass MR Sizlin Rose & Zephyrus daughter, Amber Autumn Tehya. Zephyrus' dam is Estates Cremona Challenge, a banner winner with soft, fine and dense fleece. She is out of two true black Champions, Patagonia’s Baccus and Estates Cassidy. Her sire, Patagonia’s Baccus brings legendary sires, Patagonia's Ernesto, Patagonia's Lennox, Danko 532, El Mito 574, Venus 417, R&RR Irishea 017N, Cava Guivir Zorro 09H8, Cava Isalia Valentino 507, Nishio, and El Padre, while her dam adds the magnificent genetics of Snowmass Andean Midnight, Snowmass Andean Night, Kirwin, Snowmass Andean Bronze, Crescent Moon's Rayo Del Sol and Crescent Moon's Kryptonite. With such elite genetics, this handsome guy was destined to be on our show string. We are excited to announce that Judge Wade Gease awarded Estates Zephyrus of Troy a second place ribbon at the 2025 AOA National show! His comments were, "First & second place weren’t that far apart from each other overall. From top to bottom they had a very similar range. Second place – I do give you credit for just even a denser fleece (than 1st), and it's stamped out and it’s actually quite bright so very complimentary. Great job, I love seeing that excitement and general density overall throughout that young guy’s fleece." Watch for Estates Zephyrus of Troy again at the 2025 Buckeye Alpaca Show!
