Description

10X 1st place winner! Introducing Diva, a truly exquisite female alpaca whose beauty lives up to her name, yet whose gentle personality is anything but. Diva is the stunning offspring of Snowmass Satin Divine, a daughter of the renowned Snowmass Divine Love, and her sire is the true black Red Granite's Innsbruck. This powerful genetic pairing has resulted in a female of exceptional quality. Diva's fleece is simply lovely: incredibly dense, super soft to the touch, and boasts a fantastic color, with striking gray on her neck blending into black on her head. As Judge Cheryll Gehly aptly observed, "Such fine secondaries throughout this bright fleece." Beyond her fiber, Diva is easy to handle and presents herself beautifully on the halter. Diva gave birth to her first cria, a beautiful, light brown girl named Beatrix, in June 2024. Beatrix is already turning heads with her abundance of curls and tight little bundles of fiber, and she has impressively garnered four first-place ribbons in the show ring during her first year! Diva is now bred to the exceptional Alpaca Palace Zagato's Zephrite, with a cria due in the fall of 2025. With both Diva and Zephrite possessing fantastic fiber, we are incredibly excited to see the fabulous fiber and great color this pairing is sure to produce!
