Polson is looking very awesome. His sire Cloud Pleaser was one of Orlando Cloud's first offspring. Polson also has other noteworthy relatives such as CPeruvian Silvio & Fire N' Ice. His dam Cahlua was one of our most solid Adonis females ever. After seeing the 2 cria he helped create this summer of 2024, we bred him to as many as we could. He made a medium silver grey female out of a lsg and improved on density, crimp and bone. His 2nd one is a TB out of a DB with black tips. Improved on fineness, density (hugely), crimp & amplitude, staple length. 2025 will be so exciting to see if he keeps up the grey and black offspring!

Description

Posie is a full sister to Pixie a 2024 cria that were thrilled with so we repeated the breeding between Lucy who is a Primus daughter (champion grey) and Silver Elegance of Peru who has 4 gens of grey behind her. Her line is prone to females. If memory serves, she has only had one male in decade plus of offspring. Lucy is 2 for 2 on girls now. Lucy's crimp didn't come in until her yearling year though the super fine, even micron was there. Polson put the crimp stamp on both his girls. Posie won't be offered for sale until late spring after some shows. Her sister Pixie is for sale though. Photos coming soon (you can see her on our Joyful Journey Alpacas FB page until then.
