Klondike Gold was sired by the outstanding Lazy G's Accoyo Goldstar son named HPR Alaskan Gold. Alaskan Gold won 11 blue ribbons, 5 championships, and was twice a Judge's Choice including one at The Futurity. He has an extremely dense, lustrous fleece. That fleece has a beautiful and consistent lock structure across the blanket and up the neck. His sire Goldstar has 20 Get Of Sire wins including 3 at National, 3 at The Futurity, and 1 at the Suri Network All Suri Fleece Show. Alaskan Gold's dam is a well bred female named BBFAI Whirlwynd. Her pedigree includes the great herdsires Uribe, MacGyver, Sirius Black, Wirrpunda, and Eminance Grise. Alaskan Gold's breeding career is young at this time and his offspring are just ready to start hitting the show ring. All indications so far are that he is siring excellent offspring of all colors from white to black that have excellent luster like Klondike, a wonderful lock structure like Klondike, and a beautiful Suri phenotype stamped on all of them. Lianka herself has Top 2% EPD rankings for AFD, SF, and %>30. From her full name one can tell that Ariana is sired by Black Beau of PVA who is from the Mahogany Prince to Kobe to Diamonte lineage. Black Beau is also known for producing fineness and that is understandable considering Ariana's rankings are better than her dam. Overall, this means that Klondike inherited great fleece characteristics from both the top and the bottom of his pedigree. All of the items stated above means that ANDACAL's Klondike Gold is one extremely well bred Suri male. His fleece has luster, fineness, a well defined lock style across his body, and good density. He has had a skin biopsy and the results are listed in his fiber data on this page. His biopsy shows his fleece is dense, fine, and uniform. He stands like a champion and has great conformation. Belle was sired by our modern grey herdsire WLK Remington Steele. He has a beautifully organized fleece and great luster. He has an exemplary Suri phenotype. Those characteristics are no surprise because Remington is out of great black genetics on both the top and the bottom of his pedigree. On top of the pedigree is his true black sire MMALP Goldstar's Vader. Vader has been producing great offspring and especially great black crias the past few years. In fact in 2019 he was a Get of Sire winner at the National Halter Show and then in 2020 was a Get of Sire winner at the Suri Network All Suri Fleece Show. He has sired a National Supreme Champion and he definitely passes on outstanding prepotent genetics. On the bottom of his pedigree is true black GLR Jamiyah. Your talking prepotent genetics again. She was a National Supreme Champion back when they were just called National Judge's Choice. There are great true black genetics throughout Remington's pedigree. So how did he turn out modern grey? Well in amongst the alpacas listed you find the great harlequin grey named Condor. That harlequin gene showed up in Remington's coloration making him the handsome dark silver grey male he is.
