A 2010 RESERVE HERDSIRE OF THE YEAR - SIRE OF OUR 2010 NATIONAL JUDGES CHOICE BEST SURI FEMALE FUTURITY AND NATIONAL CHAMPION, PRODUCING FUTURITY AND NATIONAL CHAMPIONS! And the blue ribbons and Championships have continued with his offspring. As of the spring of 2010 with his first offspring hitting the show ring, within his first two years of production his progeny racked up 32 Color Champions and 17 Reserve Champions - including Futurity Color Champions and Reserve Champions and National Color Champion and National Reserve Champions, 75 1sts and 24 2nds - I'll stop there, plus 5 1sts in Get of Sire and several other individual Bred & Owned production class wins. MacGyver's Armed & Dangerous is all a suri breeder could ask for. Armed with tight penciled locks, density, excellent coverage and high luster; it is easy to see how MAC earned his name. A grandson of StudMaster Bruxo and the 2005 Light Herdsire of the Year, 2P Inca; son of 6 Time Herdsire of the Year, Peruvian MacGyver, this 1/2 Accoyo full Peruvian brown phenom is a product of the finest suri lineage in the country. He is an incredible 11-time champion, taking home 13 blue ribbons from the largest shows in the country, including wins at the 2006 Futurity and 2006 Nationals. With these genetics you just can't miss and MAC has the ribbons AND THE PROGENY to prove it! PREPOTENCY? You heard it. A multi-champion producing champion after champion. Color? Brown out of white dams, TRUE black out of white dams-1/2 the crias shown on this page came from white dams! We are seeing him add very good density, tons of luster, fineness and handle, as well as consistency of lock structure in his offspring. MAC can do it all. Partial interest in Armed & Dangerous is available.

Gunsmoke Daughter bred to Grey

Ameripaca's Midnight Marvel

SuriBred (Female)Bay Black
AOA# 1163827DOB: 10/11/200321 yrs
Midnight Marvel is likely the most well-known daughter of Gunsmoke and bears a striking resemblance to her sire. She is a deep bay black female with lots of luster and she carries two generations of grey genetics from her sire Gunsmoke and her grandsire Condor - perhaps the finest-fleeced grey ever imported from Peru. Midnight's dam, Marce, is a beautiful deep Maroon import, making Midnight Marvel unrelated to most other grey suris in the country and a producer of rich deep color - in those most desirable shades of black, grey and maroon. Midnight Marvel was a top-selling female at the 2005 Ameripaca Auction at $42,000, where she also won a Color Championship in the Futurity show. She has produced beautifully deep-colored offspring for us, passing on her luster and producing crias with consistent lock structure and strong conformation. She is an excellent mother, an easy birther, and is always watchful of her cria. She had a stunning little classic dark grey female cria out of our 5-Time Grey Champion, WLK Sterling Silver (see Andean Vista's Macy Gray), Midnight Marvel is also available in a package deal (see our package listings) BARN IS FULL - END OF YEAR PRODUCTION SALE

Description

Marvelous Malia is another dangerous daughter of multi-champion MacGyver's Armed & Dangerous, carrying grey and black genetics from her dam, a Champion Gunsmoke daughter. Her sire has produced an incredible percentage of champion offspring, and he can produce champions in any color, from white to black and even grey. Malia's dam has some of the best luster of any of our black suris. And like her dam, many of the traits of her grandsire Gunsmoke have been passed on to this charming female. Malia has picture perfect conformation, top quality luster, extremely consistent locks and a fine hand. While Malia is dark brown on her blanket, she is true black on her neck and head. If you are looking to add a show quality girl with tons of color potential out of one of the nation's premier herdsires, Malia would be a marvelous addition to your herd. 1/4 accoyo, Malia's purchase includes a breeding to any herdsire offered at Andean Vista Ranch including 1/2 accoyo Champion Bad Bad Leroy Brown, true Black 3 Time Champion Napoleon Dynamite or 3/4 accoyo 15 Time Champion Pival Blazen Son. She is ready to be bred to your choice. Thank you and Congratulations to Laura Lee of Buckeye Country Alpacas for her acquisition of Malia.
