Pirate is a large and gentle boy with lovely fiber that covers his well proportioned frame from head to toe. A son of color champion T Peruvian Trophy and grandson of 4Peruvian Matador and Dewey Meadows Nitro, Pirate has the genetics to explain why he turned out so well. He has a solid frame and strong bone that is evident on both sides of his lineage. We are thrilled with Pirate's 2009 offspring. In June we welcomed a lovely little girl that is the spitting image of her sire. Appropriately, we named her Pirate's Treasure. In September a gorgeous boy with bundled fleece arrived. We named him Pirate's Luck. In October, The Black Pearl was born, a real surprise in Bay Black from a Mahogany colored dam. She is full of energy and a joy to watch. Snow Crystal is a medium sized alpaca with dense, crimpy fleece. She breeds easily, gives birth with no problems and has a good milk supply. An all around great mom. Snow Crystal is a lovely white granddaughter of PPeruvian Demetrio. When bred to white, she has produced 5 beautiful white crias with dense, crimpy, soft fleece. Her first cria, Soft Summer Snow, was the White Female Color Champion at the 2006 TxOLAN Spectacular. Her next 3 crias continue to demonstrate the consistency in the quality of Snow Crystal's offspring. Cria number 5, Pirate's Treasure, has shown a new characteristic of our fantastic mom Crystal. She let the beautiful brown color of our herdsire Tropical Pirate pass through, right down to the cute white band around the ankle. Crystal recently gave birth to another beautiful white male cria from our award-winning herdsire Powergrid. Wind Power was born on October 1, 2010. Currently open, Crystal sells with two breedings to any Peaceful Heart Alpacas herdsire, including our reserve color champion Peaceful Heart's Lord Tennyson.
