Description
Zia is a truly international girl with genetic lines from Bolivia, Chile, Canada and New Zealand. She has lovely eyes with black “eye-liner” showing off the incredible amount of color (including many true blacks) in her background. Her fleece is maintaining its fineness with a great consistency. She ranked in the top 6% of the ARI Expected Progeny Difference program for Standard Deviation of Average Fiber Diameter (a measure of consistency). Her 2013 daughter ranks in the top 1%.
Zia is a protective mother, and provided her 2013 female cria Ziva with lots of milk for fast growth (and an impressive 2402 IgG). Her 2014 female cria Zima, out of true black champion Peruvian Maximus, also grew fast and has a gorgeous dark brown, dense and crimpy fleece and a beautiful head.
Zia is currently open, and sells with a breeding to any of Peaceful Heart Alpacas' Champion Herdsires.
