Son of "Request the Best", this male has super soft, bright fiber with a slick, silky hand. Like his sire, Optimus Prime has wonderful coverage and conformation.
His sire, Request the Best, is silver gray with some black highlights (no brown!). He descends from a long line of gray alpacas. He has 13 alpacas on his Certificate of Registration and 11 of them are silver or rose grey, one is True Black and the other is Dark Brown! There are NO white alpacas on his certificate! Nearly 80 percent of his crias have been black, charcoal gray, silver gray, indefinite gray and rose-gray. Request the Best has won three first place awards in three consecutive years at the AOBA National Conference. Without a doubt he is one of the most spectacular gray males in the country.

Absolutely beautiful - her name describes her fiber: it shimmers and glows like "Moonlight." She's a true beige with a light fawn topline. Her first cria, born in May 2007, is a beautiful black male from a black sire; her second cria, born in May 2008, is a beautiful BB/DB female from a black sire. She is two for two in throwing dark crias - both with very nice crimpy fiber.
She's a Vengador granddaughter and it shows! Straight and correct with fine, VERY dense, ultra crimpy fiber are only the beginning words that describe this young female. Her dam has produced two black crias - one is a black Color Champion male. Moonlight appears to carry her dam's black color gene - judging from her first two crias.

He's built solid with excellent capacity of bone, straight legs, correct gait, virtually no guard hair, and that beautiful "helmet" head.
