I'll I can say is STELLAR!!!! This guy is a Full Accoyo super stud out of the legendary Rockstar who's producing cria with an elite fleece that is taking the alpaca community by storm. This guy is throwing color as well!!!!! His babies are extremely dense with a very high caliber of luster. He is stamping those beautiful blocky heads as well. Tintiy was biopsied in late 2015 and turned out to be one of the best girls on the farm! Which makes sense why her crias always seem to do so well in the show ring! "Rogue Suri Alpacas Derwydd Peruvian Tintiy" was biopsied as a 5 year old light fawn suri female with ARI#32159707. Her 15X scan shows fiber clusters uniform in shape and placement within her connective tissue. Her density is 67.25 follicles SQ MM of skin and her S/P average from 25 clusters is 10.3 to 1. Note on her scans that near 50% of her secondary fibers show medullation. She grades level 4 of 4 gland presence. Also notice on the 250X scan that she shows several round fibers that correlate with fiber luster along with her glands. 100 Secondary fibers average 18.1 microns while 50 primary fibers average 27.4 microns for an average ariation of 9.3 microns. This female has maintained her fineness, density, gland presence and portrays the whole package of desirable fiber traits. It wil be difficult to find a male to improve her traits. Tintiy's first Cria is everything we had hoped for, a gorgeous image of herself with even better fleece, RGSA Rogue's Pear Blossom! Tintiy's second cria from GLR Nico did not dissapoint! His 15x scan shows fiber clusters that appear very uniform in size, shape and placement within his connective tissue. His density measures 81.5 follicles SQ MM of skin with no adjustment. His S/P ratio from 25 normal fiber clusters averages 14.3 to 1. He grades level 1 of 4 gland presence and near 100% of his secondary fibers show a degree of medullation. 100 secondary fibers average 20.4 microns while 50 primary fibersaverage 27.3 microns for a S/P micron variation of only 6.9 microns. Legend’s AFD on August 29, 2020 is 20.88 microns. Two things to note on Legend’s biopsy workup. Note on all scans that most of his secondary fibers are round in shape which many fiber judges agree is associated with more lustrous fiber. The other note that merits attention is all scans show the presence of dead secondary fibers that stain dark red or purple. This is often observed in the more dense alpacas or those that may be lower in the social hierarchy while acquiring nutrition. Legend’s fiber stats certainly place him at the top of his breed.
