Jeremiah's Peruvian Jumanji

HuacayaHerdsire (Male)Medium Fawn
AOA# 31841054DOB: 6/16/200817 yrs
"JUMANJI WINS DARK HERDSIRE OF THE YEAR in 2017 and 2016, RESERVE LIGHT HERDSIRE OF THE YEAR in 2016, 2017 and 2016 MEDIUM BREEDER HERDSIRE OF THE YEAR AND DARK GET OF SIRE AT BOTH THE PRESTIGIOUS 2017 AND 2016 FUTURITY" As you can tell from his registered name, Jeremiah's Peruvian Jumanji is the son of Majestic Peruvian Jeremiah, who has won six Herdsire/Reserve Herdsire of the Year Awards, a feat never accomplished by any other herdsire. Jeremiah, Jumanji’s sire, was born right here on our farm at Majestic Meadows Alpacas and then FIVE YEARS LATER ON the very same date Jeremiah sired an extraordinary male for us… Jeremiah’s Peruvian Jumanji. Father and son both born on June 16 and both extraordinary males that continue to elevate our breeding program to the top. As with Jeremiah, Jumanji was extraordinary from a very early age and has impressed the most well-respected judges in our industry. The degree of density, fineness, character and consistency seen in Jumanji's fleece is truly extraordinary and something that every judge that has seen him has praised and awarded him highly for. His fleece is a wonderful dark fawn color with beautiful bundles, and an elite high-frequency, high-amplitude crimp coupled with incredible fineness. Even more amazing is the consistency in his fleece - it is the same from his hocks to his ears, running down under his belly. Packing all of that fiber onto a beautiful and conformationally correct frame, Jumanji stands proudly as another multiple champion son of Majestic Peruvian Jeremiah. His dam is an incredible dark fawn female named Peruvian Jasmine. Each of Jasmine's crias have been phenomenal, such as multiple champions Majestic Peruvian Olivia, Majestic Peruvian Jillian, Our Peruvian Jezebelle, and champion winning Jeremiah's Peruvian Grand Slam! With a pedigree like his, he was sure to be a winner! Jumanji’s offspring are now taking their rightful place in the showring at the top of the class winning championships and top ribbons in shows all across the country. The consistency we are seeing in Jumanji’s offspring has been an exciting thing for us as breeders to watch and we are proud to say that we feel Jumanji is doing is father very proud and producing the kind of top quality offspring we have been striving to breed for. We were excited when we witnessed the production from Jeremiah’s first couple of years and are even more excited as we watch the crias being born now sired by Jumanji. Excellence in both conformation and fleece is the name of the game! Jumanji is closed to outside breedings but please feel free to check out our website for information on some of his award winning crias and dams that are bred to him that are for sale and get your own Jumanji offspring! Dam: Avalon's Amber Rose

Avalon's Amber Rose

HuacayaBred (Female)Dark Brown
AOA# 1113327DOB: 7/10/200421 yrs
2009 Update: Beautiful dark brown female cria, Avalon's Jamaica Rose, by Our Black Jag Avalon's Amber Rose was selected by Judge Charlene Friedman as the 2006 AOBA NATIONAL SHOW BROWN FEMALE COLOR CHAMPION, making Amber a 7X Color Champion! Judge Friedman said of Amber, "Excellent proportion & substance...the finest in the class. She commanded my attention. It was hard to take my eyes off her!" Wow...that says it all! Amber Rose is the daughter of our fabulous grey foundation female, Sugar Rose and our premier fawn herdsire, AFA Royal Peruvian Aristocrat. Years ago we sold a female cria from this match to Sleeping Monk Farm in New Hampshire. When that female, Avalon's Laurel Rose, went on to win multiple blue ribbons at shows in the East, we promised ourselves that we would repeat that special match in the hope of getting a female just like "Rosie" that we could keep to take her dam's place in our herd. We finally did, and Amber is the result! Amber's bright dark brown, almost bay black, fiber has crimp from skin to tip. Her conformation is excellent. This is the real deal...a total package. We have enjoyed taking her to shows where we could show her off. She's definitely an attention getter and is proving now to be one of our most valuable foundation females...just like her dam!

Service Sire: Estates Passionate Fever

FEVERISHLY DENSE AND UNIFORM

Estates Passionate Fever

HuacayaHerdsire (Male)Light Fawn
AOA# 35602668DOB: 6/14/20187 yrs
Proudly Co-Owned with Crescent Moon Ranch and Sopris Alpacas Ranch. Times for when he switches between ranches will soon be released. Limited Outside Breedings Color Genotype: ee a2a2. Fever has sired Best Head & Best Crimp winners! Estates Passionate Fever is a respectable fourteen-time champion and three-time Judges’ Choice winning, light fawn son sired by Snowmass Pure Passion and by Estates El Galan's Yellow Fever. Snowmass Pure Passion represents over 30 years of passionate breeding for the perfect-colored fleece on the most beautiful-bodied alpacas. Snowmass Alpacas said, “Snowmass Pure Passion is the most magnificent Light Fawn Matrix son Snowmass Alpacas has ever produced.” Fever's maternal grandsire is Patagonia’s El Galan, a magnificent four-time champion winning herdsire out of Patagonia’s Cayo. His maternal great grandsire R&R Oliver Twist has consistently produced outstanding offspring in Canada and the U.S., that exhibit fine, uniform fleeces, along with crimp and correct, solid conformation. Passionate Fever has a fleece that is feverishly dense and uniform. In 2019, Passionate Fever was evaluated as an A+ by senior AOA Judge Amanda VandenBosch. "He has excellent substance of bone, balance to frame, fiber coverage, good organization within staple, maintains consistency across fleece, moves to the extremities to neck, good density relative to fineness." Jill Marcellus said, "He’s a very refined looking male, He’s moderately sized, right in the middle there, & that can be very useful in a breeding program. He’s got good balance & proportion, excellent substance of bone, & a very typey male with a good strong phenotype. I really like his head style as well. His fleece is very fine & exceptionally uniform in all the fleece traits. I pulled samples from all over the place on him & really there is virtually no difference from mid-side to right into the front shoulder area to over to the hip. That also carried through with the staple type and also the expression of character through the fleece. It’s very uniform right across his body and underneath his belly." Passionate Fever had three crias (all females) for his previous owners, two light fawns and a beige all by light fawn dams and a beige dam. Passionate Fever will no doubt be a remarkable stud male for us in both light and dark color breeding, he carries everything we want in an Elite Stud from top to bottom. He will be bred over many different colors this year (2022) to see his potency. Fever's offspring are championship winners to boot!

Description

Ambrosia's dam, Amber Rose, is a 5 time color champion including at the 2006 AOBA National show. Ambrosia's sire, Jeremiah's Peruvian Jumanji, has so many show awards it's simply not possible to list them all here. A few of them are: Dark Herdsire of the year, Reserve Light Herdsire of the year, Medium Breeder Herdsire of the year and Get of Sire. All of these awards are just from the 2016 Futurity Show. Ambrosia is a maternal half sister to Avalon's Jacob Black, one of the most decorated and superior producing black males in the US. Both Jumanji and Jacob Black are fully restricted and unavailable for outside breedings. While Ambrosia is white, with the color in her pedigree she should surely produce color.
