Double Down is a beautiful multi herdsire with tremendous presence and beautiful fleece. He has great bone and conformation and his fleece has excellent lock structure and density with a nice hand and luster. Double Down first crias have arrived! He has produced an array of colors including true black, light fawn, and multi. Look for his crias on the show circuit next year and don't miss the chance to add these awesome genetics to your herd! Double Down has been purchased by Julie Reid of Julie's Jungle. Congratulations, Julie! Please contact her for breeding to this outstanding male!

Crimson has proven herself to be a fantastic production female. One always strives to “breed up” meaning any offspring produced is superior to it’s dam and sire, thus advancing the North American Suri breed. Crimson has proved this to be true many times. Crimson crias number 9 females and 2 males, ALL suri, and all but one with color. Her offspring have done well in the show-ring and well at auction. An easy breeder, year after year as well as an easy birther. Crimson 2008 cria was sired by Bellborne's Double Down. She is a black and white patterned girl that was 21 pounds at birth and has a great little head that has already sold. Crimson has delivered her 2009 cria - a beige son sired by Peruvian Saber. This guy was over 20 pounds at birth and Crimson doesn't blink an eye - she is a dream girl to own! Crimson has delivered her brown Full Peruvian daughter sired by 2010 Reserve Herdsire of the Year: Peruvian Saber, Stone Brook Pucara Carwen Crimson was imported from Peru and here are the records of her importation with much thanks to Anthony: ag# 8222 Region Chocoaquilla-M. Description

Queen of Spades has just begun to come out of her shell! She is a proven mother who has always been kind of on the shy side; however, as of late, she wants to have her picture taken! Our Peruvian Queen of Spades is a fully Peruvian black and white girl, and she has a superb pedigree. Spades is the daughter of Bellbourne's Double Down, a patterned son of the famous import- Peruvian Juan (who is the son of Ton's Peruvian Putina (who is a daughter of Peruvian Lethal Weapon)). I hope you enjoy the candid alpaca photos. . . It has occurred to me with all the changes that have occurred in the alpaca business since I started in 2001, and with all the turmoil that 2020 has brought all on it's own, that we often take life way too seriously. We can be serious about what we do, without taking ourselves so seriously. So, with having to create a brand new website after 17 years, I thought a little laughter would do us all good! Yes, we have high quality breeding stock that have won national championships, and yes we have fiber/pet quality alpacas as well. When it comes down to it, every alpaca acts similarly in the pasture and each has its own quirky side.
