Congratulations to Bernard Family Farm on adding Capelco to their herd!! Red Granites Capelco is a stunning black male sired by Snowmass MR Sizlin Rose, who by now needs no introduction and Red Granites Miss Crystal a Gear Jammer daughter. Red Granites Capelco carries a very dense, soft, and fine fleece, with a silky soft feeling to it. But, we do have to admit, Capelco does have 3 visible gray spots, on his blanket. So far, Capelco has won several banners and has competed with Red Granites Lapu, for championship banners, and we are very pleased with him. He has a very fine fleece with extreme density. Red Granites Capelco comes from a very colorful lined pedigree with tones of high-quality alpacas. To start off, his sire, Snowmass MR Sizlin Rose comes from a very well known linage which includes, Snowmass Matrix Rose, Snowmass Matrix, Snowmass Royal Rose, and many more amazing champion Snowmass animals. Which if we add, Red Granites Capelco's sire, Snowmass MR Sizlin Rose has been known to throw black offspring when bred to black or even lighter-colored animals. On Capelcos dam, Red Granites Miss Crystal's side we have many alpacas that are very well known for producing champions. A few being Crescent Moon's Shiftin Gears, Crescent Moon's Gear Jammer, Crescent Moon's Royal De Sol, 4Peruvian Legacy 6016, and many more. Without a doubt, Red Granites Capelco carries a very Elite pedigree with many top animals and will be a great herdsire addition to any herd. With all of the colors that Capelco has throughout his pedigree, you can just imagine the possibilities! Color Genotype: Ee a1a2 (non-grey) Red Granites Capelco will can produce white to true black depending on how he is bred. In addition, he will pass down an "a" allele to all of his progeny, so they will all cover black. Savy black breeders wanting "blue black" should note his a1a2 alleles. Fleece Description Extremely dense. Soft and fine fleece.

CHAMPION PRODUCING CHAMPIONS

Presido's Ausable Pirouette

HuacayaBred (Female)True Black
AOA#  32321845DOB: 8/3/201113 yrs
A female who was one of our main contenders in the show ring from 2012 to 2013, winning many Color and Reserve Color championship banners, four if we are counting. Pirouette is one of our main production females, one who we count on to pull dark colors with fineness and density, which she has never failed us with that. Being that she not only passes her fleece characteristics onto her offspring but the championship banner wins as well. Her son, Red Granites Pecos Pete, a True Black male who now resides at EP Cambridge alpacas in Australia was a multi Color and reserve Champion, five altogether. Or her daughter, Red Granites Pixie a female who carries a super-dense fleece, who also now resides at EP Cambridge.

Description

A maternal-sister to a male who is working at EP Cambridge Alpaca Stud in Australia as one of their current lead sires for 1500 females; Red Granites Pecos Pete, we can only hope this female does amazing things! Sired by a true black, champion, Snowmass MR Sizlin Rose son named Red Granites Capelco (owned by Bernard Family Farm) and out of one of our BEST black foundation females. Her fleece is truly one of a kind, and is certainly an eye catching style having a more silky feeling and bolder look. She has loads of density and superior uniformity of micron with elite brightness and fineness. Very uniform in here true black color as well, with no white fibers found thus far. Puppet Misstress is retained for our breeding program and is not for sale.
